Puma House

Decent and cheaper option in PN if you’re only looking for a bed and no other things that hostels usually offer (social environment, chill space). Staff is super helpful and friendly! Not enough showers and toilets for the amount of guests.

Small hostel but still a very friendly and social vibe (not a party hostel but very friendly). The staff were super helpful and Juan had some great advice for doing the base torres walk.

Puma House was perfect as a base in Puerto Natales, had everything we needed including a good kitchen, showers and cosy sitting area. The service and helpfulness of the staff really set it apart though! The guys were so accommodating and easy-going that it really made a difference to our trip!

A really good hostel in Puerto Natales, the room is comfortable and clean, as the toilet and the living room. There is a nice kitchen too and the staff are really friendly. Close of all the restaurants and the center of the city.

Pablo is the man! this place was exactly whwhat we needed. Cozy and equipped with everything you need. Pablo gave us some very helpful information and quickly became our friend. great location close to lots of good food options for after hikes :)

Very comfortable and clean hostel! Well equipped kitchen and good location. Rented my camping gear with them and it was good quality! I absolutely would come back!

Ein sehr, sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt war das im Puma House. Der Host war jederzeit für Fragen ansprechbar und immer gut gelaunt und freundlich. Die Atmosphäre war super, die gesamten Räumlichkeiten sehr, sehr sauber. Ich kann das Puma House nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Auch allerlei Trekking und Camping Equipment kann hier ausgeliehen werden. Das ist praktisch.

What a fantastic hostel, very comfortable and perfect stop off for Torres del Paine. Super friendly and accommodating staff and a lovely atmosphere. A great place to just relax after a trek or to do one of the horse riding tours. (plus by far the most regularly cleaned hostel I’ve ever stayed in)

Es uno de los mejores hostales en los que he estado. Atendido por sus dueños. Todo es muy limpio y ordenado. Tiene buena calefacción, las camas son cómodas y los anfitriones siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Si vuelvo a esta ciudad, serán mi primera opción.

Fantastic hostel - as the owner says, people come first, profit second and I believe that. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the hostel is furnished really beautifully. The kitchen is small, but the hostel is too, so I didn't have trouble cooking. The temperature is good and beds are comfortable. Best hostel I've stayed in this trip! Muchos gracias!

Super friendly staff and clean facilities! WiFi worked great and kitchen had everything I needed. Easy gear rentals for Torres del Paine and can store your bags for multi day treks. Chill atmosphere with a nice common area to chat with other guests!

Loved my stay here! Very clean and well set-up, and the atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. The staff were always helpful and accommodating. Felt like a home away from home and the perfect retreat before and after trekking

Great hostel, good clean showers and beds were comfy too. On the smaller side which makes for a great vibe with the other travellers. Juan was a super friendly host as well, would recommend.

Really kind staff and has social vibe. All trekkers which is what I wanted, easy to socialise. The kitchen was big which was good to prep my dry meals for the W. It was pretty clean but in the bathroom the shower door just wouldn’t close well so the floors were wet. Also in the room I was in the bathroom was up this spiral staircase that was sketchier than any part of the W lol, especially going down in the middle of the night (if you’re like me and need to pee during the night really no...

Excellent hostel. Good location with just a 5 min walk to either major grocery stores or bus stop, we’ll equipped kitchen, warm rooms for the cold and clean bathrooms. The owner goes above and beyond to help the guests; he was the first person I wanted to reach out to in emergency in the town even after checking out. Just awesome!
