The staff took a while to arrive for check in, and everything was a bit unclear. The woman at check out seemed to know better than the people the day before. Room was nice, lots of storage ans bathroom was very clean.
Toilet broke within 1hr and didnt get fixed. Sink tap water barely worked and shower had very little water and pressure.

Il giorno dopo mi hanno dato la camera che avevo prenotato, dopo una giornata di mare, vado a farmi la doccia e all’interno non erano presenti nemmeno gli asciugamani. First room full of Flys and cockroaches. No water pressure, no working TV. Noisy at night and in early early mornings. Food in restaurant so-so but really slow service. Some staff friendly, others grouchy.
La peor experiencia en más de 30 años viajando en hostales. No vayan!!!! El lugar es extremadamente ruidoso, jamás limpian el cuarto y baño. La cocina está vacía, con una heladera rota y un inodoro desagradable. Se escuchan las ratas caminar por el techo. Miles de ellas salían por el aire acondicionado y entraron al cuarto. O hostel não tinha pisicina, ou tinha mas estava EXTREMAMENTE SUJAAAAA, verde, suja, o hostel não avisa que o café da manhã é incluído, a parte que a cozinha deixou a desejar, além disso não só o hostel mas Punta cana em si é EXTREMAMENTE CARO! Quartos limpos, banheiros limpos e tudo ok
My taxi driver pulled up to the hotel and asked if this was the right address & even workers said “no that’s not here” then had to pay cash for the place (thankfully I saw that) there was a lot of people that didn’t bring it with them. 20$ cover charge never got that back. My room barely had any water a would be hot for a short time. No breakfast? Just if I would’ve know how out of my way I would’ve been going here I wouldn’t stay. 3/10
ESTO NO ES UN HOSTEL. Solo un chico fue amable. Las camas están bien y tiene buen aire, Pero las habitación no está en un buen estado. hay cucarachas, se escuchan ratones en el draibol, el techo del baño está en mal estado, la ducha casi no sirve sale poca agua. La cocina parecía un baño público todo estaba asqueroso, al momento de llegar a el Hostel te piden 20 dólares cosa que no avisan y devuelven es en pesos dominicanos. No avisaron previamente que había que dejar 20 dólares como garantía por llaves (por suerte andaba con dólares). No era fácil encontrar el lugar porque no tenía claro el nombre. La habitación no estaba muy limpia. Y además, no funcionaba ni el aire acondicionado ni había ventilador, lo cual es fatal en un lugar como Punta Cana.
Es war einfach furchtbar. Es gab kein warmes wasser und überall waren kakerlaken, es war einfach widerlich. Die küche nicht benutzbar und in den zimmern hat es unfassbar gestunken. man konnte kein fenster öffnen und die klima ging auch nicht. zudem gab es keine richtige rezeption und das dazugebuchte frühstück gab es auch nicht
Não me deixaram se querer sendo grosseiros e não sabendo explicar que seria apenas em efetivo o pagamento nada hora. Nunca me senti tão humilhado
wouldn’t recommend. Stayed here for a week and the staff was nice but I think it’s cause I was Spanish speaking. The sink leaked the entire time the shower was pretty dirty. Balcony door didn’t lock. Saw roaches. they clean our rooms ish- and the sink wouldn’t have cold water sometimes. The toilet didnt flush all the time. You have to put a $20 deposit for ur keys and then you’ll get it back. !!!DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The dirtiest place i have evr stayed in. There were bugs in my sheets, the sheets were dirty and inside my room, it was smelling like mold. It’s not a Hostel at all, the kitchen is disgusting, the staffs are okay but none of them speak english so make sure to know spanish or to have google translate. the only Pros about this place is the location (5 min walk to the beach) but that’s it. I swear, don’t waste your money here.
pésima atención, te cobran depósito por 20 dólares los cuales obligatoriamente quieren en dólares, no aceptan tarjeta, la persona q me atendió pésima actitud, está adentro del restaurant, quize reservar otro alojamiento y para mí sorpresa este esta repetido con diferentes nombres por lo que me termine quedando aquí, busquen otra opción!!! no es recomendable está,
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!! This place is absolutely terrible. Staff are rude and incompetent. They tried to charge me US$90 extra and said I had to pay in cash. Check in took over a hour. The room was wet and mouldy. Breakfast was average. They tried to charge me extra again on check out. Then after I left they charged my credit card extra money that had already been paid in cash. Other visitors had similar experiences. Worst experience I’ve had in over 5 years of backpacking! DO NOT STAY HERE...
