Place is amazing, the family dinners are great way to meet people, the rooftop bar/restaurant is fantastic, they have daily activities and the staff helps you with anything. Armed security on the premise as well.

Likes: the beds were comfy, staff were knowledgeable about exploring nearby destinations/transfers, and that it’s a social atmosphere. Dislikes: cold showers (not even lukewarm) and some of the bathrooms smelled musty.

+ Les services proposés, l'emplacement très proche du centre, l'architecture intérieur, les patios plein de verdure. Mais.... je me suis trompée en réservant dans cet hostal car pour moi, c'est un genre d'usine a touristes super organisée ou l'orga prime tout y compris la relation. Ce n'est pas ce que je cherche.
- Le bracelet orange d'identification comme dans un club, l'orga des petits dejs (deux listes à remplir), l'absence de fenêtre qui s'ouvre dans le dortoir de 4, le personnel tous en orange avec des talkie-walkie(certains hurle pour se faire entendre) , le discours mécanisé au ckech in et check out, la prédominance de l'orga sur la relation, le fait qu'on vous aborde systématiquement en anglais, l'anglais dans toutes les consignes écrites avant l'espagnol. Bref, Une usine pas très joyeuse.

Loved my stay here, will be back and forth during my Ecuador travels, very clean rooms and bathrooms, helpful and friendly staff, great tour of the city, family dinners make meeting people so easy and fun. 10/10 reccomend this hostel
+ Very nice vibe at the hotel, it has everything you need. The staff is friendly, helpful and can organize everything you may need (sim card, transport, tours). The restaurant upstairs has great views of the city, they offer family dinner at a good price, free tea and coffee. It is clean
- We booked a private room, but turns out it was inside of one of the dorms, meaning we had to always access it through a dorm, which is quite dissappointing when you are thinking of a private room. This should not be done, or at least the price should be lower than the other private rooms. There was a lot of noise from the restaurant/bar upstairs.
