they were really friendly but the room had some major issues. I, girl, booked a mixed dorm. The bathroom (wc+ shower) did not close proper and did have a lock. After a long day I wanted to shower but there wasn’t running water. They told me they did not have water after 8pm…

Really friendly staff who try to organise fun activities. Most people staying there seem to work there- didn’t meet any other people just visiting. Plug sockets were in the room but it burnt both our phone charging leads so had to use portable chargers instead. Room and Pool were clean and location is great.

Para tu estadia en Puerto Iguazu, este hostel es tu mejor opción. Se encuentra bien ubicado, cerca del centro y a dos calles de la parada de bus para ir hacía Cataratas. También tenes a 10 minutos caminando la estación de bus. También destaco al personal, quienes te hacen sentir como en casa y transmiten muy buena energia.

Mixed experience here. There seemed to be as many volunteers as guests which created a bit of a weird atmosphere and less access to facilities such as cooking. Dorms were fine, but lack of plugs/lights. The property overall feels like it needs a bit of TLC, has the potential to be a great hostel just lacking the effort currently.

I stayed at El Urutau for 3 nights. I arrived very late (3am) and they sent me a video of how to get to my room and the code of the door. This was great and super helpful! The room was spacious, clean and we had our own bathroom. Others mentioned that they did not have a bathroom in their dorm and there was only one other bathroom. It seemed that this was a bit of an issue. The pool was nice after a long day at Iguazu.

El hostal muy buen ambiente, del personal y de la gente. Un sitio bastante agradable, iba sola y un ambiente top, súper seguro y hacen actividades para juntar a los huéspedes. Recomendable 100%

sehr angenehmer außenbereich. Man konnte die Tür zum Badezimmer nicht wirklich schließen und der Duschvorhang wurde seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr gesäubert. Das Frühstück was man dazu buchen kann war sehr minimalistisch und abgeseheb von Kafee Kuchen gab es nicht wirklich etwas also nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und die Common Areas sind sehr angenehm

I think is a really cute hostel! It’s comfy and cozy, they have everything you need for a nice stay, it’s clean and the garden/pool is so nice. Ac in every room, lockers and plugs, (they just added this in every room so don’t worry about previous reviews) felt really private and safe as well. Staff is amazing and very helpful 😊🙌🏽 Thank you

The staff are super lovely but the hostel still needs a lot of work doing, there are no chargers by the top bunks, no shelves, no curtains, no drinking water, the pool is so murky and dirty no one really went in it. They give you a free drink if you lead a positive review which I don’t think is very ethical and is super misleading for people trying to book as you don’t get full representation of what the place is like.

Activities Sadly my room wasn‘t that good… really bad smell came out of the bathroom, that you avoided to use it… there were no plugs near my bed and not enough in general for 6 people in the dorm so a powerbank was a must have. Highly recommend! Pool and room very clean! 1 minute walk from big supermarket, Lots of seating area around the pool. Loved this hostel!!!
