No AC, dirty bathroom, flush from one toilet did not work, sinks in the room

Would 100% stay here again and would recommend to anybody. One of the safest hostels I’ve ever been in. The staff is so nice (especially Piji) and we will be coming back!!! Do not go to any other hostel other than this one. People are nice but not a party hostel !!! Social and perfect

Backpacker et ayant l’habitude des hostels, celui était vraiment pas ouf. Resté 2 nuits et pas d’eau dans la salle de bain privée Le personnel a essayé de faire au mieux mais venir quémander d’avoir de l’eau pour pouvoir tirer la chasse / prendre sa douche à n’importe quel moment de la journée est assez pénible Un employé nous a ramené un saut avec de l’eau afin de prendre une douche et le seau était rempli de vers..

Such a good place to stay. Private room was beautiful and the staff were lovely. Absolutely would stay here again

I only stayed there for 1 night as my other hostel was fully booked. It was okay for 1 night. Not social at all and no atmosphere. There was a cockroach in the room.

They have good food and the location is good (because you use a motor bike of course)

Super lovely place with lots of atmosphere and a very cosy social/lounge area. I felt straight at home, also due to the warm welcome by Andrew and the staff. Very nice traditional huts to sleep in with everything you need. WiFi worked well enough. Cheap and good food. Very high value for the price, would definitely recommend!

Very close to the beach, 10 min walk. A small convenience store 2 min walk. They have a cafe so you can eat on site which is good because there are basically no other food options nearby. $150 to Alona beach by tuk tuk which is where all food is, and the island hopping your leaves from. No aircon but fans worked. Water costs $20 pesos. Rooms have lots of gaps for mosquitos, however I was not bitten (possibly because I slept with mosquito repellant on). Staff were lovely and helped organise tours

While the food was good and the staff were friendly I did not really enjoy my stay with Adriana’s. I was moved room twice and the huts were very cramped with no AC. There were also ants in my bed at one point. For these reasons I cut my stay short which management were understanding of.

10/10 you must visit. In the small village of Libaong, one km from a beach for locals and 20 minute Jeepney to the wild hectic tourist heaven of Alona Beach. The Nipa and Garden Cottages are unique bamboo huts - styled from 100y ago

This is a fantastic hostel! The staff are so friendly and the on-sight restaurant is great (especially the breakfast)! The location is a 7 min tricycle or motorbike ride away from Alona beach, however Damaluan beach is only a 5 minute walk and is much nicer. Very easy to meet other travellers in the common area. The facilities are fairly basic e.g. no hot water but in this climate it’s not a problem at all. Beds were comfortable and towels were provided. Highly recommend this place!

The staff is really nice and super helpful. Whenever there is something they are there to help. :) We had no breakfast included and for me I would say it is not the best breakfast here but that's just my opinion. It is really annoying that the water isn't working very well, we had to ask everyday for them to check the water because it was turned off, the owner told us that the government turns it off. Fried noodles are really delicious and the price is also fair. It was a great stay all...

The staff were amazing and it’s a nice chill hostel. But no hot water or air con plus the fans in the room weren’t great, it’s not the best facility wise and was super quiet when we went.

The private room was large with an ensuite bathroom but it was very old and really needs an upgrade (paint was peeling, artwork was a piece of paper taped to the wall, towel rack was broken, holes in the walls where insects would come through, etc.). The location is a short walk to a private/paid beach, but isolated from restaurants. The food at the hostel restaurant was disappointing, as it did not look the like photos at all and would increase the prices from the menu. They also charge 20 peso...

Not too clean, spiders and spiderwebs in bungalows because there are holes to the outside everywhere. No aircondition, fan works fine. Quite little space. Nice and helpful staff. Good vibe.

We had the loveliest time at Adriana’s place! It was the most beautiful hostel I’ve stayed in, sleeping in our own cabin. There were so many lovely plants, seemed very eco friendly! Staff were so friendly and helpful, we felt very at home - it was easy to arrange transport, sightseeing activities etc through them and to ask general advice! My only improvement would be a drinking water dispenser as we kept buying bottled water:)

Very nice and chill place to stay for a few days and to go explore the islands. The staff is just incredible, always smiling and ready to help with any request. Still it's a bit far from the main center, Alona Beach (5km away), but easy to reach with a trycicle ride or rented scooter.
