Amazing view at 20 minutes to Paris center

Good location for sleeping and working

It's FAKE place. There is no any hostel/hotel on that location. I tried to call them more than 3 hours, they didn't get any reponse. I used my italian phone number and my girlfruend french number, they just answer my gf on whatssapp. The only response that we gave it was about sending document. It's completly fake.

For the price this is the cheapest you can get near Paris. The bathrooms were clean and the bath was also nice. The name is a bit misleading as it definitely isn't 20 minutes from the city center: including walking 1km to the nearest train station it will be closer to 35 - 40 mins. The walls were paper thin, every move from our neighboring rooms could be heard. The biggest problem is the neighborhood - be awere of the reputation Sarcelles has. Les locaux dans leur ensemble n'étaient pas très propre. L'application pour accéder et le système pour rentrer dans l'appartement n'est pas évident. De plus, au bout du premier jour, le gérant de ces codes nous les a retiré alors que nous en avions encore besoin. Ou alors ça s'est supprimé automatiquement. Si une fille seule venait à voyager, elle ne se sentirait pas à l'aise dans cet environnement. En particulier, au pied de l'immeuble.

Très bon Accueil et très bonne ambiance, je recommande vivement.

Trop compliqué pour accéder à l'appartement. Celui qui n'a pas de smartphone ne peut pas y accéder, et celui dont le smartphone n'est pas assez chargé pour faire tout le parcours du combattant est coincé

Apenas mais um golpe, não existe o local ,o senhor não atende o telefone para check-in, chegamos no endereço totalmente incompleto e o local não existe...tentamos confirmar o endereço e o senhor nos disse que não apenas é passado o endereço após a confirmação do check-in, totalmente um absurdo...
