Ma Cherie Hostel

wir waren zu zweit und es war unmöglich das Hostel zu finden. dank einem Taxifahrer haben wir es dann noch geschafft. es gibt leider keine Beschilderung zum Hostel. man kommt ohne Badge nicht beim Haupttor rein und muss hinters Gebäude, dort wo die Autos reinfahren. es ist dann das Haus Nummer 2, auch die Haupteingangstür öffnet sich nur mit Badge. Wenn man dann mal im Hostel ist, bitte die Infos (Badge, Code zur Eingangstür..) erfragen. Gastgeberin super nett und englischsprechend. Aussich...

This hostel is ROUGH. - It’s very difficult to find, no signage anywhere. -This is not a hostel but rather a homestay, fully a family home. It's awkward to share space with the kids & family members, one of which slept in the common area. -No written guidelines/information offered for check in/out process, wifi, door codes, etc. Had to ask for literally every bit of info. -They seems unprepared & unaware of my stay. -Wifi didn't work Ran out of characters , but I have a long list of c...

This was a decent place to stay, especially for a short amount of time! The location is great - so close to The Bund! However, it was quite difficult to find. Some directions on how to find the hostel would be helpful. If you need help, first, put the address into your map app (one that works in China). It will bring you to the gate of a residential community. Enter the gate and find Building No.2. The hostel is on the 29th floor, room 2902!

Ba hostel I've ever been. Progs: 1. there was just a few people stay in 2. Close to waitan 3. Cheap price Cons : 1. It's hard to get to the adress on first arrival day 2. Bedroom was alright but the shower room and kitchen is Dirty as crazy don't dare to cook in the kitchen. 3. Lack of care for the facility

Not easy to find but excellent location. The view from the 29th floor is sublime. Haley is vet kind and helpful. Bathroom and room were clean. Mattress was comfy. Private light & socket to charge phone really appreciated. Would come back anytime. Gaelle

Great great spot, I really recommend. Fantastic location close to the Bund, stunning views of the city from the 29th floor of the high-rise, good security, and the host lady was very kind and spoke english. The other travelers were respectful and tidy, but it’s definitely just a place to stay and not a party/“meet people” type hostel. Make sure you have cash to pay the hostel fees, and it’s building 6 within a complex of tall apartment-looking buildings. Call if you get lost.
