Ocean Breeze Hostel by Daily Sweet

the owner was such a sweet and welcoming lady. she helped me out since arriving. its a small cafe with some rooms. would go there anytime again

Alles hat gepasst. Das einzige was ich bemängeln würde ist die Lautstärke. Man befindet sich direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße und man hört echt jedes kleinste Geräusch im Raum.

We stayed in the private room and everything was great! It’s a really small hostel near everything and a walking distance from the beach (with sardines & turtles) and all the restaurants. The owner was super sweet and accommodating. It was also easy to book the canyoneering tour from the hostel and would recommed the company they do partnership with! The room was clean and everything worked well. Definitely would stay here again!

Es gibt nur einen Dorm und kein Gemeinschafts Bereich was es schwer macht Leute kennenzulernen. Betten waren aber bequem und es gab Vorhänge. Die Lage is sehr zentral. Die Besitzerin kann teilweise echt unfreundlich sein. Als ich da war hat das eine Klo was es für den Dorm gibt verstopft und die eine Dusche war ebenfalls kaputt. Daher mussten wir das private Bad nutzen was etwas befremdlich war

Atmosphere was not really the same that the one, we can see on photo. It’s not look like an hostel but it’s Coffee with a dormitory. One of our 2 lockers was not available at our arrival, we felt like we were disturbing when we ask several times for the second one. The hostel is irl a coffee with a dormitory and there’s no real space for hostel guest. We forgot something at the hostel, we realize it 2 hours after check out, we tried to contact the hostel but don’t get any answer, not cor...

Nice hostel located near by the beach and Main Street. It was perfect for me as I was looking to relax and this is a quiet one. Rooms are good and beds are comfortable, have privacy and their own locker. Staff is kind and really helpful.

I had such a pleasant stay at Ocean Breeze! It was very clean, and it’s on such a great location too. Everything is on walking distance. I even rented a scooter with them, which I communicated with them in advance; the day after it was in front of the hostel to use. And special thanks to the staff. They really were the sweetest, and facilitated me perfectly throughout my stay. I will book here again, whenever I get back to Moalboal! Book your stay here!

The thumbnail for this hotel on Hostelworld is quite deceiving: makes you think it’s a social place with nice atmosphere. Well, it’s not. The picture is just their restaurant. So it’s either your room or sitting at the restaurant. No place to just hang out. Also my room didn’t smell very good.

lovely place to stay! not very social/party however close to lots of good bars and nightlife! Staff friendly and helpful, lovely cafe with good food and drinks! Would definitely stay again

Ocean breeze is a perfect hostel for a few days in Moalboal! The host Rosa is so sweet and funny. The hostel is part of a cafe which we didn’t realise so it was initially difficult to find. The rooms are quite small with 1 bathroom between 8 people. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and is near all the restaurants! Would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. Really close to the beach. The owner is so helpful with organising mopeds and activities. She is also very accommodating in terms of providing a delicious breakfast before activities. Room and shower were kept very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

This was a great hostel experience. Probably the best value hostel you can get in Moalboal. Stayed here for 4 nights while scuba diving. It’s located very close to the dive shops which was great. The rooms were super clean and the staff very friendly. Would come back here any time.
