Visited in the off season so not very social. Privat bungalow was nice. Tons of mosquitoes though, be aware. The commonareas got pretty dark in the evening and there were no sofas to chill in which we missed in the evening.
Lovely place! Stunning nature and room designs! The staff is very nice! It just lacks AC and could be better accessible by the pathways sourrounding it. Please use any kind of signs for your property. We were walking in circles every day, because you cant find the right way immediately.
Bhakti Kutir / Budapest Hotel ; this is a nature lovers wonderland mixed with a lil Wes Anderson. Stay in one of the ever enchanting witchyjungleprincesscastletreehouses as you while away the days jungle bathing amongst the birds, monkeys, frogs, coconut palms and the entire cast of jungle book. Inbetween adourning mother nature be sure to cleanse yourself even moreso in the Arabian sea ; innocense restored. You will be looked after very well by the resident freedom fighters & nature warriors !
If you love nature and you love to live with nature this is the best place for you.all staff and management are very good and helpful.I enjoyed my six days of holidays here... thank you bhakti kutir
amazinggg
Toller Vibe dort!
Bhakti is a place like no other! Honestly a jungle dream - if you have the opportunity to book it don’t think twice just come. Everyone is so helpful and hardworking - my great thanks go to Jenniferji, Seikatji, Sanjuji and Rahulji. I made so many great friends and am so blessed to have had two weeks at Bhakti. 4 amazing yoga shalas too, each with its own unique vibe.
Good hostel, clean, friendly staff and defenitely super chill. There is no community area though, so for solo travellers it can feel a little lonely in my opinion.
A very nice idillic location right next to the beach but tucked away amongst the trees. It’s so easy to relax here and enjoy the sounds of nature. The restaurant area was very cool and my favourite part of this place. Not an extremely social hostel for solo backpackers but there is always someone to chat to.
Two female travellers stayed here for 3 nights in the 4 bed dorms, we loved the communal restaurant area and we felt it attracted a really lovely crowd! Our only qualm would be that it can get quite loud with the dogs around often getting into fights late at night and also there is no real separation between the rooms and the bathrooms so you can often hear EVERYTHING. lol. but we would stay again! The yoga instructors and the set Indian breakfast were some other highlights.
The hostel has a lovely vibe and the staff are welcoming. It was also easy to meet others. However, I did struggle to sleep as the bunkbeds move a lot due to being made of bamboo and there was a kitchen right next to my bed and people were always leaving the lights on. I would say the location is more Patnem than Palolem as Patnem Beach felt much easier to get to. The bathroom also didn't get cleaned for a few days which wasn't ideal! I would also recommend getting breakfast elsewhere. The yoga ...
Perfect getaway hostel
It’s wonderful stay I have never stayed liked this type of place , if I would get a chance next time I will definitely stay there , the place is soothing and calm ,
Great location near the beach and restaurants. Beautiful property with well-designed private rooms and basic but fairly priced dorms. Downsides: a very worn mattress, one dorm’s top bunk overlooks the bathroom (but once approached staff was helpful and made sure it remained vacant during our stay), and dorms aren’t lockable (though lockers are available). Security felt okay but not perfect due to the open layout. Friendly staff and excellent location make it a good choice though!
In my opinion, the place looks amazing but in the real time there were a lot that wasn’t for me- cold showers, frogs in the toilet (even though the reception did want someone to help me take that out), the prices were highly expensive and didn’t include breakfast or the yoga classes. The room itself is amazing and very big, nice porch also, but there were a lot of bugs and even dirt on the bed because of that. Overall, a cute place if you wanna treat yourself but not value for money.
The location is walkable between Patnem and Palolem beaches. You feel in the middle of a rainforest, there’s so many plants between the accommodation suites that it feels nice and cool in the day. Rooms have padlocks and keys, could use my own padlocks on furniture in the room and also can store valuables with the staff team. Yoga on site was amazing, all of the team were so friendly and helpful. The food and drink was amazing and such good value that I ate mostly here! Really recommend
The massage I got here was very relaxing. It is just not very sociable and a little bit outdated. The jungle vibe is quite nice though.
