Great get away location. The bathroom could use more cleaning, and it's disappointing that the hosts apparently don't carry cash for change (in Vietnam, really?). But I loved the location, and just a quick grab into Sapa for $3 USD.
exactly as advertised, peaceful. amazing views
Really lovely homestay! Our family room was very comfortable, and great value for money. It was very clean as well. The breakfast in the morning had lots of options and was filling. The family style dinner was a very nice way to meet other travellers! A very nice chill vibe. Only thing is in our room there wasn’t a lock / locker for valuables, so had to keep them on hand at all times. But the staff were very lovely and it was a great location for hiking!
+ I will start with view , what a beautiful view of the mountains. Very beautiful and nice organised place. Family who running this place was very nice and friendly and helpful , they were also provided information about the area and everything. Also they have restaurants also where you can find vegetarian options also Which was great and also very reasonable rate. I love my stay there , I will surely go again whenever in SAPA . Every member of family was very polite and respectful and ready to help , breakfast was superb 👌 , you can’t get this much in very good price point… 10/10 . While check out they give bracelet as a memory gift which was good step .
- Everything was so good
The host was not nice. Room was little and bathroom wasn’t very clean. Its too far from sapa too
+ Surelees family is very nice and made our stay special! They are eager to make all guests feel welcome. Definitely try the family dinner - it tastes super good and is a nice way to experience local cuisine.
Best place I have stayed in Vietnam so far, very good price, and the people who run it are so lovely. Food every night if you book in, and I could have stayed here two weeks and just chilled out. Very calm. 100% recommend if you don’t mind being a little out the centre Thank you for a lovely stay!

+ Staying here was more than just accommodation, it was a real experience. A special thank you to Linda, who was always incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. She made everything feel easy and welcoming. Her children are wonderful ,full of energy, smiles and authenticity. They truly represent the spirit of this place. What makes this homestay special is not just the location, but the people. Everyone here contributes to creating a genuine, warm and authentic environment that is hard to find nowadays. If you are looking for something real, not just a place to sleep, this is it. Thank you again for everything.

+ Being in a nice homestay with a lovely family sharing their lifestyle , and culture. Their little daughter was so cute. Tasty food. Nice atmosphere , beautiful decorations
- Very thin walls I could hear all the neighbours from upstairs or next to me.

+ We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were lovely and the food was great. We booked a trek through the hostel and it was amazing. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the shower was hot. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Homestay in Sa Pa.
- It was quite cold as it is a traditional house with no heating. There was a fire in the common area and if you wrap up for bed then it’s fine but just be prepared. The walls are pretty thin so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Wasn’t a problem for us though hence the 10/10 rating.
