Nhat's Sapa Central Hostel

Tyvärr inte bra alls… vi hade bokat Female dorm, det visade sig vara fullt, efter att en manlig staff hade lyst in i allas sängar.. vi hamnade till slut i ett rum med dom som jobbade där.. vi hade alltid bokat Female dorm och fick sova med två män.. sångarna var smutsiga, inte rena sängkläder och jag hittade tändare i min säng.. var inte en bra upplevelse alls..

Be aware that breakfast is not included! (Even though the listing says it is!) Staff come and go freely in the room. I even saw a guy touch one of the girls' bath towels! It's the same at night; they come in talking very loudly, looking at the beds, and opening the curtains. Some people were turned away (at 2 a.m.) because there were no more rooms available for them! There's a security camera INSIDE the room. Aside from its location, I absolutely do not recommend this hostel.

worst hostel i’ve ever stepped foot in. pubes all over the bed, shit in the toilet, hair all in the sink and people having s*x so loudly it kept us awake because the walls may aswell be rice paper, we were in a private room too. there was mould all over the walls, dust everywhere, they clearly didn’t clean anything before we arrived, i genuinely felt disgusting staying in that room. if you want to have a one night stand this is the place for you, or if you want to catch something.

the bed was fine but the bathrooms were terrible i didn’t even want to use them. the staff was nice but i booked a private room bc i knew i was gonna be getting in late, waited outside the hostel for a hour then had to stay in a 12 bed room

Worst place ever! Overall bad, claustrophobic beds, dirty. The man who owns is really mean and started screaming to me. He even came in to the female dorm and opened the curtain just to yell at me when I did nothing wrong. Yes it is cheap but not even worth it. Do not stay here! There are no place to lock/secure your valuables. No storage room whatsoever either.

It was okey! But the our room was really hot… and it got overbooked all the time. So be early when you check in if you wanna be safe

Beaucoup se sont fait refusé car le nombre de réservation était pas correspondant au nombre de lit restant. Drap pas changer entre les personnes.

No soap, no toilet paper, no warm water, no place to lock your things away. In the boys room the beds where dirty and smelled like theres been a chainsmoker. In the girls room the beds where clean, but he let a man sleep in there, which wasn’t okay. There was girls in there who felt very unsafe. The owner kept asking is if we wanted to check in and out troughout the day, and we couldn’t leave our bags there for a couple of ours, like the rest.

Excelent location and friendly staff but thats it. Claustrophobic bunks with damp bedding. No storage area so bags are all over the floor. There was a camera in the room. 2 bathrooms for 14 people, no soap or towells. The bathrooms or rooms werent cleaned the whole 3 nights we were there. No breakfast even though the description says that its incluided.

It’s definitely a bed… I think. Maybe More like a coffin. I really can’t stress enough don’t stay here. We were in an all female dorm, but had men come in and turn the lights on and open our curtains throughout the night every night for 4 nights. We didn’t see the sheets get cleaned once. We lost money. There is no storage for any belongings, you will just have it on the floor. The air conditioning dose not work. Worst comes to worse it’s almost a bed. But I wouldn’t recommend.

Due to the fact that the reception was 24 hours open was the reception transformed into a bed. They didn’t changed the bedsheets and you could barely turn around in the bed. We froze in the room but fortunately they had good blankets.

The property is very nice for the price. The owner is very friendly and always available to help you. He gives you genuine advice and doesn’t try to sell you anything which I really liked. The location is very convenient and all major things in sapa are a 5 minute walk away.

did not enjoy my stay here. the bed was very small and stuffy, appliances did not work, bathroom didn’t lock and there was mold on the floor by my bed

I can not recommend this hostel, it is one of the worst I stayed in! They don’t change the beddings, they just fold it!!! Disgusting!!! Furthermore, the owner doesn‘t speak any English so it is very hard to communicate. He also repeatadly walks in the dorm rooms randomly. There are no lockers or anything to put your backpacks in, so everyone is putting them in front of their beds, which leads to a huge chaos. The only positive thing was getting an empty dorm when we arrived at night.

very nice place with lovely people. Communication was a bit tricky, but it always worked out. I could easily rent a motorbike for a day and, when I forgot my passport, the hosts did everything they could to send it to me before my flight. The Staff is amazing, I had a great time.

The bedsheets weren't changed when I arrived. I got told by another guest that you had to go and ask them to change them. The entire hostel was empty and eerie and I didn't feel good leaving my bag in the dorm.

Nice and cheap Hostel. Its Clean and the workers are nice. But its not very Social, so you probably won’t met anyone else here.

Overall, didn’t like this hostel. Booked a 10 bed dorm, was put in an 18 bed. Had to request to move, and the 10 bed dorm was empty. The place was cramped with little-to-none air circulation. Beds too cramped and smaller than your average single. Overall, would not recommend for more than a single night.

Basic hostel, lots of people, busy, sometimes rooms were overbooked sometimes dirty bathroom. Fine as a cheap hostel for a night or two. Staff were very friendly, and being helpful and doing their best

Don’t stay here!!!! First we waited forever to check in. Eventually we got beds. We booked 10 person dorm, got 18. When we waited to check in there was a line behind us. We went to eat and then went back to find out those two were not getting a room there. Also found out that 4 other people got kicked out so we could have their bed. They literally just took their stuff out. One toilet. Dirty, no air quality, the toilet leaked out into the bathroom floor where we showered. Worst experience!
