EC Sa Pa Ta Van

Der Host war sehr freundlich und flexibel. Das Homestay hat viel Potenzial, es wirkt, als wäre es Projekt, welches zur Zeit pausiert wurde. Es war sehr ringhörig.

the owners are lovely,kind and helpful. the afterschool education they run is a blessing. for me the beds were too hard and there was little space to sit comfortably. it seemed like no one was running or taking care of the homestay.

Super friendly and welcoming staff, really cozy rooms, comfy heated matters, clean bathroom, hot water, and overall great value for money. Super cute dogs and puppies and a kitten also. Location is good for trekking and views (although it was very foggy so didn't see too much unfortunately) and if you want to stay at a less crowded place than Sa Pa town. Downsides is that taxi is a little expensive and that rooms are not very sound insulated, but that is nothing compared to all the positives :)

Loved this homestay, I had a private room, it was so cosy, the electric blanket was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and they made it vegan for me which was great. They also helped me with my bike getting it up and down the hill. Ta Van is such a beautiful and peaceful village, and EC added to that environment, felt like a home away from home. Only thing I'd change is adding an extra sink outside the shower room, as you cant wash your hands when someone's showering.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei Phòng und seiner Familie! Das Zimmer war gut, wir haben jeden Tag unterschiedliches leckeres Frühstück bekommen und Phòng hat uns jeder Zeit bei allem geholfen und alles was wir unternehmen wollten für uns organisiert. Ein Highlight war auch die tolle Aussicht und die neugeborenen Welpen! Wir würden es jedem empfehlen ein paar Nächte dort zu bleiben.

We really loved our stay at EC. The family were kind and very welcoming and we loved all the pets! It is very peaceful in the valley, with some very good cafes and restaurants nearby. The beds are cosy too. We also enjoyed helping to prepare and eating a delicious family meal with Phòng. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanted to get more of a feel of the local culture, and wanting to so some trekking in the hills too.

If you’re looking for a more remote hostel that’s very cute and well taken care of, this is your place. Location is a bit more remote but more than enough shops and restaurants at walking distance. Owners are very helpful and the animals are very cute.

So eine liebenswerte Familie, die alles dafür tut damit man sich wohl fühlt. Hab sogar einen Tee aus den Heilkräutern der Region bekommen. Das Privatzimmer ist sehr zu empfehlen mit einem gemütlichem Bett.

Beautiful property in the relaxed village of Sapa. The family were really kind, they got me involved in helping to prep the dinner, so felt immediately relaxed and welcomed there. The dinner was lovely as it was just me and the family, so felt like a proper homestay - would definitely recommend if that’s what you are looking for.

Had an amazing 5 days at EC Homestay, so lucky to have been welcomed by Phong and his lovely family! Delicious breakfast and option to enjoy a tasty home cooked dinner with the family. Beautiful views and great location, really clean and comfortable accommodation. Would definitely recommend!!!
