+ Super accueil de Elvira y Abdi 🫶🫶
- Super ! Grand et lits très conforts
+ Friendly staff and lots of services like next day laundry, unlimited water refills for 7 soles etc. The tour desk were really helpful in booking me a private taxi for a day. Overall a clean place and I never had to wait for an available shower or toilet. Breakfast was nice.
- Smallest female dorm was 8 people which would be my max really. With treks starting as early as 3/4am, sometimes with more people in a room, and creaky bunks, you do get woken up by people leaving - some of which don't care to pack the night before!
Elvira & Abdi & Mel were super helpful i ensuring I had a great time. Osfer was also great fun at the bar, thank you guys!

+ Good location , clean
- The beds were really high and difficult to reach, I got altitude sickness, and it was really difficult to climb up and down all the time, and they didn’t find me a bottom bunk…
+ The hostel is clean and sociable enough without being out of hand. Staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Elvira!

+ Really good layout and central. One of the staff was really kind when I arrived and was feeling unwell 🙏🏼
+ It provided everything you need
- The pool table needs refurbishing, and American balls shouldn’t be used on an English pool table
+ The hostel has a nice vibe and the staff, especially Diana and Abdi, have been very forthcoming. It is an amazing starting point for treks and I keptncoming back inbetween.
- Some of the toilets didn’t work properly.
Elvira was of great help to me in checking in and feeling welcomed! The staff here are always so positive and helpful. Great place to stay!

+ Generally great. No real complaints. You can refill your water (costs one time only)
- We picked a private double bed, but didn’t realise it was a dorm setting, so our room had no roof and was quite loud. Make sure you explicitly pick private room
+ Location Good atmosphere
- The room got very cold and was quite noisy.
