Really bad hostel not recommend

Lugar estratégico apartado del bullicio del centro, pero con restaurantes, bodegas y una botica muy cerca. Tiene una hermosa vista a la ciudad y cuenta con una excelente seguridad y atención. Entran a las habitaciones todos los días para limpiar los baños. 100% confiable. A pocos metros del mercado San Pedro. El servicio incluye desayunito todos los días (refresco + 2 panes) y puedes servirte agua caliente con infusión todo el día cuantas veces gustes. Tiene todo lo básico.

Really liked cp. Comfy bed and great view. Only gripe is breakfast needs to be way earlier than 7.30 and the doorbell gone after 10 pm.

Es gab viele Probleme mit dem Wasser... meistens war nur kaltes Wasser da und teilweise keins. Auf Nachfragen reagierte das Oersonal sehr unterschiedlich freundlich. Das Hostel hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick und einen schönen Gemeinschaftsbereich. Leider aber keine Küche oder Kühlschrank.

Constant selection of free tea and coffee which is nice! A small supermarket just down the corner and 15ish mins into the centre. No kitchen which is a bit annoying and not social

No water from 9pm to 4am and no hot water.

The Hostel is very well organized and clean. The staff Yonathan was very kind and helpful, he gave us good tips and recommandations.

Very nice place, our private room was very nice and clean.

In general the good was good, my only problem was the shower that got broken and I had to shower with cold water the first 2 days, after realising the problem couldn't be solve the staff manage changing me room which was good. Also breakfast was good, and not too far from the plaza de armas (20min). the view from the common area also very nice

I was up at 3:30 in the morning to do rainbow mountain when i returned that evening i asked for food from the kitchen, the chef was made aware of my order and as i waited for my food in the commom area, the chef and staff chatted for 40 minutes. i approached them to let them know to cancel my order. i was asked why, as i explained i had a long day and im tired i just wanted food and go to bed after. before i could finish the staff member waved his hand at me as to dismiss me away.

I found this hostel as I wanted an affordable private room for the night and I thought it was great! Room was very clean and came with an en-suite with sachets of shampoo and soap (very fancy) and in the common room where you eat and socialise has a fantastic view of Cusco. It has a pool table and dart board and a bar, what more could you want.

Excelente servicio

Reponen papel higiénico a diario, así como las toallas. Muy buena atención. Cuando se corta el agua en Cuzco, se tiene problemas con la disponibilidad de agua en baños y duchas. Podrían mejorar con mas bidones contenedores de agua de reserva para estas eventualidades. Podrían tener casilleros para servicio de guarda equipaje. Todo lo demás me pareció un excelente servicio y la vista es hermosa. Muchas gracias

Both of us got electrocuted turning on shower (exposed wires on shower head). Room flooded from ceiling leaving all of our belongings wet.

très bien . j'ai été confortable pendant mon séjour. Le seule problème était les activités. rien ne ce passait comme prévu.

I stayed here for one night before getting a flight. Shower was hot and breakfast was good. I thought it was very good value for a private en-suite room. Staff were very helpful and booked a taxi for me which arrived on time and was cheaper than Uber.

Panorama view of Cusco. Walking up Conception calle from plaza Mayor takes about 10 mins. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. We ended up staying 3 more nights.

Super Hostel! L'endroit est parfait si vous souhaitez vous reposer, car il est très tranquille. Nous le recommandons à tous!

Superbe auberge à Cusco, une des meilleures ici ! Le personnel est accueillant et super gentils ! Les lieux sont très propres et ils ont un super espace commun

Great value for the low price! The hostel has a nice view over the city from the common area. The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me with everything from booking tours (that were very good), assisting me when I got ill and needed medical help, cleaning clothes and storing my luggage while on hikes.
