Eco Inn

We stayed in the top floor room which had great views and the beds were comfortable! There was however a very eggy smell coming from both outside and the bathroom which was very unpleasant. The water also went off around 7-8pm and didn’t come back on until 5am which was very inconvenient. We did not have this issue anywhere else we stayed in Cusco. The price was quite high for what we got.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff that were available to let me in the locked gate 24/7. Comfortable bed and a hot shower, perfect for a stay after finishing the Inca Trail. The property was a bit far from the main square, but close to the train station which is what I needed!

Ich hatte die Unterkunft gebucht da ich nach einer anstrengender Reise erstmal etwas Ruhe brauchte. Dafür war die Unterkunft perfekt. Die Lage ist super und das Personal freundlich. Allerdings waren mehrere Haarbüschel auf meinem Bett und das Klo spült das Geschäft nicht verlässlich runter. In der Unterkunft ist es schwierig neue Kontakte zu knüpfen, was aber für die ersten zwei Tage zum Erholen okay war. positiv war dass ich mein Gepäck dort für zwei Tage nach checkout lagern konnte.

Great hostel! Clean room, warm shower, and right in the center of the city!

Es un excelente lugar ubicado muy cerca de los principales sitios de interés en la ciudad de Cusco. Es atendido por un personal muy gentil y amable que facilita la estancia. Ofrecen un desayuno que es muy bien preparado, así como servicio de guarda equipajes y lavandería. El internet funcionó sin problemas y siempre estuvo disponible. La habitación era grande y espaciosa con una pequeña terraza lo cual ofrecía muy buena iluminación y ventilación. La atmósfera del lugar es muy agradable

As a female solo traveler, I felt SO safe here. It’s quiet, nice, and family oriented. It’s a beautiful place. I did yoga in the courtyard some mornings. It’s the perfect location since it’s not right downtown but very walkable. The staff are very nice. Unfortunately, Cusco experienced water problems that impacted Eco Inn more than other places. We loved our stay at the Eco Inn! This is not a very social hostel. This is a place if you are looking to have a little bit of peace/quiet just outside of the main part of the city with comfy beds and solid amenities. This is exactly what we were looking for with multiple days of waking up at 3am to head out on treks/tours. The family who owns the hostel are so sweet and helpful. We stayed here before our 5-day Salkantay trek and came back for our last night after it!

Beautiful and spacious hostel. There are board games and a pool table. Staff is very friendly and helpful, even when we no longer stayed at the hotel did they help us book a taxi when we were in the area and struggling. Breakfast is also generous and tasty!

Great place to stay

A very relaxing hostel with super nice staff. This hostel had more of a mature feeling to it, which I really liked. A lot of other hostels in Cusco are more about partying, which isn’t necessarily what I was looking for during my stay in Cusco (considering all the hikes and daytours I did early in the morning). It is a very affordable place to stay where they offer a cheap laundry service and decent private rooms. 100% recommend!

Close to the main plaza, friendly staff/service, clean accommodations, good food!

Staying here was very pleasant! All the staff were wonderful and very helpful! The location is a 10 minute walk from the city centre, but that means you're away from the traffic and cars. Free water, free breakfast, and bagged breakfast when you need to leave early was great! Hot showers, comfy bed, and outlet and light right by the bed was perfect.

Wonderful staff and calm setting, great to unwind after the Inca Trail. Beautiful breakfast, no guest kitchen but lovely communal spaces. Would recommend. Thank you!

Amazing place! All the staff are super friendly. There is great breakfast in the morning. Felt very safe as there are cameras and locks through the space. Highly recommend. :)

We stayed at the Eco Inn before and after our Salkantay trek. The location is great, it’s about a 10-15 min walk to the main square. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast is great, they even give you a packaged breakfast if you have to leave early for a day trip. They also supply drinking water to refill water bottles which was amazing!

I will go back there again! Very clean & very nice staff. The breakfasts are abundant with eggs & fresh fruit, coffee, etc.

My stay was wonderful. Rooms are super clean, bed is super comfortable, the showers were my favorite part. High on pressure and super hot. Place was mainly quiet and peaceful. I would totally stay here again.
