Place beautiful and dreamy. Staff seemed bored and uninterested and did not seem to care about us. We had trouble with our flights and there was no help or sympathy. I am sorry but the receptionist may keeps on screaming like a horse and it is very irritating after a time. This place has this don’t worry / don’t care surfer vibe which is nice, but not if it is towards their guests. Staff gave a tour of our room at 8:30 in the morning and we’re super loud!

Security, solar panels, beachfront, cheapest place in Siargao. The staff is nice. I enjoyed very much and recommend the place.
Incredibly upset with the service here. Booked for 2 guests for 1 night and turned up to only one bed being vacant. Staff refused to take any responsibility, saying Hostelworld was at fault and offering the choice of sharing one bed or sleeping in a dusty annex alone on the other side of the road. Made me speak on the phone to the owner, an actually nasty man who accused me of trying to take advantage of him. I've never met a hostel owner so frothing at the mouth to rinse backpackers.
Awesome vibes and comfy bunk beds Stayed in the dorms at ShakaBrah and had a great time! The bunk beds were comfy and clean. The hostel has a chill, social atmosphere, perfect for meeting other travelers. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. Great location too, right on the sandy beach. You can see the waves in Stimpies and Rock Island and they have a boat for surf trips. Would definitely stay again!
Beautiful place in amazing location - close to General Luna (just a quick bike ride) but outside of all the hectic and busy roads! Waking up directly on the beach, friendly and supportive staff and delicious snacks and drinks :-) The dormroom is basic but with AC and a BIG locker for your stuff everything you need. Unfortunately there is only one outside toilet and shower to share but that's not a big deal. There are beautiful private bungalows as well. Definitely recommend, loved my stay there!
No AC, and sometimes also no electricity to run the ventilator so it can get hot. Also no warm shower available. Location is next to the beach but you can’t swim there, lots of plants and sea orchids in the water
Je suis rester une semaine est le logement est conforme aux photos avec une belle localisation mais le service et le personnel sont désagréables personne n’est venu faire ma chambre en une semaine poubelles pleine, sable partout dans la chambre, drap pas changé, serviette pas changé, plus de papier toilette. Bref très mauvaise expérience.
