Personale scoordinato, lento, inefficiente. Tutti sembrano dire qualcosa di diverso e la comunicazione è confusa. Ci volevano far pagare 6% di commissioni con la carta, invece del 5%, dopo che un collega ha parlato all’altro collega in spagnolo, pensando che non capissimo. Espectacular atención de Karina, Ana, Judith y los voluntarios. Estuvimos 1 semana allí y nos vamos muy conformes con el trato. Lugar recomendable sin dudas

Bonne auberge dans le centre historique, proche des principales attractions touristiques. Musique dans l'espace commun. Peut déranger dans certaines chambres mal insonorisé mais avec des bouchons d’oreilles ça passe crème. Propose un petit-déjeuner de 8h à 10h mais ne l’ayant pas tester, je ne sais pas comment il est. Espace cuisine limité pour les horaires : 12h-14h et 18h-21h. Salle de billard et TV à disposition.

The hostel is quite pretty, clean and most of the staff is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is great! BUT what really took away a lot of the positive experience is the constant noise. Around 10.00 am the music box starts playing which would be okay but then at night the bar blasts music till late at night EVERY night (long after 23 pm although the house rules say that’s an exception for events and guests would be informed). BEWARE TRAVELLER! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Lost my deposit 2 hours after checking in. They limit kitchen use to 4 hours a day, from 12:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 18:00 not mentioned in Hostelworld's page. Check-in at 13:00 means you won't get to use the kitchen until 16:00 , if you can fight your way in through the sea of hostel workers hunkered inside during those hours The owner decided to kick me out after I complained. You can't even make coffee in the morning and breakfast is not included. Dump!

Great hostel! The staff were very kind and nice and even though sometimes there was some disorganization with booking rooms (rooms weren’t available when we booked online or prices were changing) the staff were kind about it and always tried to help find solutions. The breakfast is good and the showers are hot. The beds are very comfortable

I enjoyed my stay here and kept extending! The location is excellent, next to the train station and San Pedro markets, close to Plaza de Armas and the historic center. For being so cheap this hostel has a lot of amenities, feels clean, and a great vibe. The breakfast is also very nice! Sometimes the staff felt a bit disorganized (rooms booked on hostelworld not actually available and prices changing) but they quickly fixed issues if you tell them.

Super nice people, perfect location and a very good vibe overall. Would absolutly recommend other travelers to stay here, both short or long term. The owner and the staff were super friendly and we were so happy about our stay at Terra House!!

The admin staff were frustratingly slow and confused about everything, as if they had never done their job before, or that they were high all the time.

Lindos Hostel, tiene todas las comodidades y el patio es muy lindo. Podrían mejorar pequeños detalles como tener enchufes y algun box que permita apoyar pertenencias en cada cama.

Tout était vraiment top ! Sauf les lumières personnelles du premier dortoir ne fonctionnait pas. Et la cuisine est accessible qu’à certains horaires.

Lovely helpful staff. Simple breakfast but good! Kitchen for use, easy walking to main spots, just lacked a social vibe and there was nowhere warm to hang out.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay, nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Löcher in der Tür, wodurch Wind reinzog, kaum bis gar kein Wasser aus der Dusche, sodass wir die Gemeinschaftsduschen nehmen mussten sind einer der wenigen Kritikpunkte. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit und Lage ist top.

I got really sick during my stay here and the staff kindly helped me into getting an ambulance to the hospital. They let me keep my bag in the room after I had to check out and I could still use the room for a bit once I got discharged from the hospital. Thanks to the staff 🙏🏻🙏🏻

La ubicación es bastante céntrica a 5 min caminando de la plaza y no es empinado. El mercado está a 2 minutos. No supe bien donde quedaban las duchas al ser una habitación compartida, tampoco tuve la oportunidad de preguntarle a alguien del staff, ya que solo nos quedamos una noche. Si sería bueno que haya algo que dirija. Facu en la noche nos recibió de maravilla, y nos explicó muchas cosas y fue atento. Gracias por todo Facu

Je n’y ai passé qu’une nuit mais le personnel et le petit déjeuner était de qualité.

Fine for 1 night, nothing special. Feels kinda dead, not many people here so not really good to socialize. But i had an 8-bed room to myself, which was nice i guess. The patio is cute, a kitchen is available. They also turn off the water at night, but only in the toilets, but that seems to be normal in Cusco.

Volvería mil veces! Los chicos del Hostel te hacen sentir como en casa,el lugar es limpio y las habitaciones muy cómodas además es excelente la ubicación. Recomiendo
