Everything was great as always. The only slight issue is the room got very hot and the lack of AC or a window to open but other than that fantastic.

Great stay, not the most sociable hostel but the location is great and the pods make it feel like you’re in your own room and tall enough to sit up in! Staff are incredible!!

Hotel nuevo, limpio y bien equipado con un servicio en recepcion, perfecto. Quiero felicitar especialmente a un recepcionista que me atendio perfectamente y a diferencia de lo que pasa en la mayoria de hoteles de Nueva Zelanda en la que los recepcionistas no saben idiomas, un joven Frances, Alban me hablo en un buen castellano y me ayudo en todo lo que necesite.

Pretty good, it’s a massive hostel. Kitchen is great. Rooms are pretty hot at night / bad ventilation but that’d be my only annoyance, the rest was great!

Staff very friendly and happy to assist, only issue is it’s like a sauna in the pods. The pods have a small fan on them however they barely pump cold air in and are very noisy.

It was really nice. The pods really make you feel like you’ve your own space! The storage lockers are big and deep, which was useful. The travel agents are helpful, they do A LOT!

Hotel très sympa, c'est un peu l'usine mais tout est propre, bien équipé, il y a des activités organisées ! Juste dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de fenêtre dans les chambres privées

Kitchen was pretty dirty every evening. A lot pf people only staying for one noght which makes it hard to get to know anyone

This was my second visit, staff have not at good customer service this needs to be improved ASAP remember staff deal with everyone in same way , dont just pick and choose who yr nice too. All cleaning staff had smiling face very helpful on any time of interaction maybe they need to front of house

Great hostel with clean facilities. The lo cation is right in the center of the city.

Really great property with everything you’d need. It would get 5 stars for location if it was just a little bit closer to the main bit of town but even then you don’t have to walk too far to get down there. Kitchen was great, laundry was great, rooms were comfy. Had a lovely time.

Great hostel! It’s the second time I’ve stayed here. Would recommend especially for solo travellers! It’s safe, great location (in Auckland CBD and close to the sky bus to get to the airport), clean & the staff are really helpful too. Good vibe in the hostel.

very private because the beds are pods which is great. good location too

Good location, massive hostel, a long walk to the bathroom from the bedrooms. Staff were never really present downstairs, made it hard to check in and out and ask questions. The bedrooms were nice and good facilities downstairs.
