Wonderful last minute stay here! After a few days showing friends around Marrakech and Casa, just decided to come here and chill. Was greeted by a a man called Hamza. He offered me tea and made feel welcome and relaxed right away. Great time and I will return. I hope the management reads this about Hamza because he really made it awesome.

Simple but very good breakfast, the best I had during my week in Morocco. Beautiful house with cramped but otherwise ok rooms. Very nice hist-guy.

I had such an amazing 5 night stay here! It’s a beautiful place! Hamza was amazing from the moment I arrived until the moment I left- breakfast, recommendations, tea, good conversation, etc. It’s in a great location too! So easy to walk everywhere. I will miss Marrakech and Riad Jennah Rouge

A very beautiful hostel, full of kind people who can help with anything you need. The location is in the old medina, but not too much in the centre so it's easy to find. I recommend taking their airport transfer as well, especially if you're arriving late at night (it will save you some stress).

Watch the payment amount carefully. Verify the exact sum in the app—no extra taxes should be added—and make sure you have the correct amount in cash. When we arrived, we asked how much to pay and handed the money to the host. We had counted it three times beforehand, and he counted it twice in front of us. No receipt or payment confirmation was provided. Two days later, at 10 p.m., he asked us for an additional €20, claiming we had underpaid. This led to a conversation that lasted over...

Good hostel, staff friendly

Bed sheets and towel were clean. The terrace was nice, good hanging out spot. The alleys to the hotel are dark and there might be a “guide” to show you the way and demand cash for that. The receptionist requested to pay extra local fee but that was already included in the first payment so beware. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable and the doors to bathroom don’t reach the floor nor ceiling. For a short stay it’s ok.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, hamza the host was very friendly and facilitating, would definitely recommend and come again.

I have stayed here a number of times in the last few years and it always feels lovely to walk through the door again to a warm welcome. Riad Jennah Rouge is everything you would want from a hostel as a traveller in Marrakech.
