Good location, I stayed in a private room that was next door. Not much going on at the hostel but you can book tours with them and the breakfast was made to order, choice of eggs and pancakes / toast

Love this hostel, such a easy going vibe, the front man on the desk is a legend, also beds are so comfy

Receptionist was so obviously high on something (other guests confirmed), he tried to book me into a bed that was occupied, checking in took over 30 minutes as they kept sending us to the wrong beds, then after one night/day I return to find someone in my bed, the receptionist was confused, offered no solution, just mumbled excuses, I then demanded a refund, packed my stuff and left. appalling service, no keys, no security, I don’t think they have a clue who’s even checked in at any given t...

As instalações são boas, a piscina é um plus porque faz muito calor em Luang Prabang, mas poderiam ter mais cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras. O pequeno almoço podia ter mais variedade, mas o staff é muito simpático, divertido e prestável. O serviço de lavandaria é super rápido. The bathrooms are not clean at all and the pool is quite dirty. They make up charges if you try and extend through them saying you have to get breakfast for a cheaper rate, but you can find better and cheaper in the morning market. DO NOT RENT A MOTORCYCLE/SCOOTER from them. They require passport and then hold you hostage for Kip. Pointing at scratches and dirt that were already there or just superficial. Then once you pay the company they pay off the staff in front of you

The beds were comfortable and had a storage locker above the bed but not much other place for your bags so it felt cramped. Toilet door in the room was a struggle to get locked. More chill vibes than party. Showers were not the nicest here either with a lot of the over head ones being cracked and trickling down on you.

Pool was super gross, nobody swam in it, my beds railing was rusted and fell off, rooms were very bare minimum and if it was cheap it would be fine but it’s more expensive and don’t feel like I got what I paid for

L'hostel est très bien situé à 5min à pied du night market. J'étais dans le dortoir pour femmes et une sbd dans notre chambre ce qui est top après la propreté dépend des personnes dans la chambre. La piscine était un vrai plus même si l'eau était un peu trouble... Ce qui nous a marqué négativement c'est le comportement du staff à l'accueil très (trop) à l'aise. Il s'est permis des commentaires sur le corps d'une amie, faisait des insinuations sur le fait de rester dans notre cham...

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unhöflich, wenig hilfsbereit und völlig verwirrt (wirkte als wären sie auf Substanzen). Im Badezimmer stand 10 cm hoch das Wasser und es wurde erst einen halben Tag später danach geguckt (um Mitternacht im Frauen-Dorm) und dann im übel riechenden Abfluss gestochert. Alles in allem war es halbwegs okay, ich würde es aber nicht nochmal buchen, es war nicht sonderlich sauber.

L’hostel est pas mal mais ne vaut pas son prix. Les deux premières nuits on a pas eu de AC dans la chambre parce que le mec de l’accueil a « oublié » de passer dans la chambre l’allumer. Il a essayé de me scam avec le poids de la laundry. Il y a une salle de bain/toilette par chambre qui devient vite sale. Mais le ménage est fait toutes les aprems. La piscine est cool mais tout à l’ombre à partir de 15h.

we were forced to go into a guesthouse down the road on the first night, as the room wasn’t ready. We then couldn’t check in to our proper room until 3pm the next day. We were given free breakfast tokens as compensation… which ended up being a slice of bread and 1 egg. Pool also looked terribly unclean, so even if we did manage to stay here properly, not sure we’d have ever used it.

Great hostel, great Staff and great atmosphere. Breakfast was pretty standard, but it was included so I still think it’s a good deal! The rooms were clean and comfy , nothing to complain about . The pool was a great touch as well and a nice social area to hang around ! Recommend!

Staff started out being friendly but unfortunately that changed. Also, I asked several times to extend my stay with one night and rhey kept saying "we don't know if we have availability, come back later". Fair enough, that's alright of course. when I asked the third time and then got told they didn't have any beds so I booked in elsewhere. Ten(!) minutes later I passed through reception and overhead how three people just got told they could extend.They easily could've found me by the pool.

The bathroom and pool were not clean. You could hear everything from outside while in the room. The staff seemed annoyed and were very unfriendly. I paid for a female dorm, but a man was staying there as well. After raising the issue with the staff, they did nothing to resolve it and instead came up with poor excuses. Breakfast was not tasteful and limited, as not everything was available. Will not come back here!

Left my towel to dry on the balcony, came back later on and it had been taken. Asked the staff member he just shrugged his shoulders as if it was a regular thing

C’est la première fois en bientôt 4 mois que je laisse un avis plutôt négatif. Les douches / toilettes sont vraiment sales et les soirées jusqu’à 2h, impossible de dormir même avec mes bouchons d’oreille …

Pas de gel à disposition ni de claquettes pour la douche

Tutto bene, cassetta di sicurezza nel letto, tende un po' scrause e letto scomodo da salire ma è ok, bagno pietoso della stanza, carina la zona piscina, buona posizione ma non eccellente
