+ Short stay but very nice. Clean room, good location, friendly staff. Highly recommended!

+ Staff was friendly. Room is clean. We experienced a couple of power outage in our room, but it was resolved instantly. Breakfast - average

- The shower overflows on to the toilet area. We had to go down to reception for toilet paper - lift is very slow. Booked an airport pickup for 5pax - coming from the airport we all had luggage & wouldn't fit in a 5seater SUV. Very disappointed. Highly recommend booking a Grab instead for a much cheaper price.

+ Das Personal. Alle sind unglaublich freundlich. Vor allem TUYÊN WINNIE HẠ UYÊN DÂN AUDREY . Immer ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht und sehr hilfsbereit Sehr gute Lage des Hotels Unser Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, innerhalb 20 Minuten war jemand da um es zu regeln. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt :-)

- Müsli oder Haferflocken beim Frühstück wären super.

- Tout était bien mais les peinture était pas fini dans la chambre

+ la situation de l'hôtel et la piscine

- - Ne pas pouvoir prendre la chambre avant 14h et la libérer avant midi sans lieu pour entreposer les bagages hors accueil de l'hôtel ou le sbagages s'empilaient. Pas de possibilité pour se changer pour se baigner si on n'a pas la chambre. - psychorigidité de la personne de l'accueil sans tolérance et sans vouloir reconnaitre qu'il y avat une erreur de date d'arrivée sur mon passeport (année non indiquée, et limite de présence sur le territoire mal écrit le "6" avait l'iar d'être un "5". Elle ne voulait pas m'accepter si j'étais revenue à 21h sans avoir un courrier de l'immigration. j'ai perdu mon après midi, je n'ai pas pu faire d'excursion .. elle n'a pas eu confiance lorsque je lui ai dit que l'agent du bureau d'immaigration en ville m'avait dit que c'était bon mais qu'il ne pouvait donner de papier et que ce serait rectifié à Hanoï. J'ai du aller à l'aéroport pour un nouveau tampon .. je ne garde pas un bon souvenir de cet hôtel et de Danang !

- 洗澡時熱水無法使用 僅有冷水 隔天詢問員工說可因為同時太多人使用關係 因是夏天勉強冷水所快速洗完😔

+ We had an amazing 2 night stay in this hotel. Location was great and our room was clean and spacious. The staff were exceptional especially the security Tuyen met us at the entrance with smiley face and assisted us with our luggage to our room. Would definitely stay here again

+ Location was brilliant in the city centre and 5 min walk to Market. Staff are wonderful. Pool is great and has a nice view of the city. Breakfast is small but good.

- Works are happening so could have been a bit cleaner.

- Normalement dans ma reservation Booking.com, Le petit-déjeuner devait être compris. Ce n’était pas le cas . Et je n’ai pas retrouvé de traces pour le prouver ….

+ Located very close to Pink Church and Han Market. Staff speaks English well. Room is reasonable clean and comfy. Breakfast costs VND120,000 and it's alright.

- Hotel charges 3.5% handling fee if paid with credit card. Corridor has severe water dripping from the ceiling. Some stains in the beddings.

+ Big comfortable room with city view, great breakfast, amazing reception vibe and the team was just incredible: friendly, accommodating and authentic sweet staff Thank you my beautiful Zoey the queen, Ha, Thuong, Dan the star! Twyen and Ngan The place had supermarket, restaurant gym and spa right outside

- Great swimming pool on roof top but not enough sitting space

+ Le personnel Ha ,Zoey ,Thuong,Dan, Tuyen et la petite Bao qui me fessait de bonnes omelettes les matins. Merci vous êtes formidable

- Les fuites d’eau dans le couloir

+ Great location, nice roomy clean rooms and great staff always smiling and helpful. Particularly mention to Tuyen who was so helpful and very welcoming.
