+ Posizione comoda e staff super gentile, sicuramente un posto essenziale dove poter andare a buon prezzo e con buoni servizi attorno. Aria condizionata che funziona bene, acqua filtrata. Acqua calda sempre garantita. Per un soggiorno breve è molto consigliato.

- Letto davvero troppo duro per i miei gusti, ma è una cosa personale, ho comunque dormito bene. Il difetto più grande secondo me è l'insonorizzazione. Si sente ogni cosa che fa il vicino sia in camera che in bagno. Durante la mattina presto si sente rumore che può svegliare.

+ Las instalaciones están limpias y los muebles de la habitación se ven en buen estado. El baño está dentro de la misma habitación. Hay una taquilla pequeña en la habitación, donde puedes guardar las cosas de valor.

- En el baño no hay papel de wc y el personal no se preocupa de que haya papel de wc. Si quieres papel, tienes que pedirselo a la família que lleva el negocio. Está algo alejado del centro, a unos 30' andando. El endredón era muy fino para el frío que hacía en la habitación debido al aire acindicionado. Falta una luz en la cama para poder leer cuando las luces de la habitación están apagadas y también una pequeña estantería donde poder poner el agua, el movil, etc

+ From the first 5 rooms of our journey through Vietnam, this one was our favorite. The room felt very spacious, and modern industrial, whilst being cosy and natural. The big window helped with that. Bed on the floor was hard, but nice, and made the experience more traditional. I might even consider having a floor bed. The hostess responded very quickly to our emails and was flexible with the check-in time.

- We didn't have warm water in the evening, which was alright, considering the temperatures here. The following morning, warm water was back again. We could also hear a lot from the other guests' bathrooms. Luckily we fell asleep easily during the night.

+ Großes Zimmer mit kleinem Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage. Bett, Schreibtisch, TV, viel Ablagefläche und ein wunderbarer Schaukelstuhl 😃👍 Eigenes Badezimmer - Alles sehr sauber 👍 Super liebe und sympathische Vermieterin ( Mutter & Tochter ) 😃👍

- Es ist hellhörig und war teilweise ein bisschen laut … mich hat es allerdings nicht gestört, aber es sollte erwähnt werden.

+ The owner and her mother are so kind. I had a motorbike accident and they help me with the burns. The room was clean and the location was good. Thank you so much again!

- The rooms are not sound proofed at all so you hear EVERYTHING. Any conversation sounds like it's in your room. Every time someone comes through the front door. Every time some pees, flushes the toilet, every fart. I can not overstate how badly the noise carries into your room. Every time someone comes up the stairs the motion detector turns on the light and the room was flooded with light in the middle of the night. Don't expect a good night's sleep. Staff are not responsive at all. I was left waiting an hour after check in time. They didnt answer my numerous texts, phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Finally I had to ask someone to call from a Vietnamese number and they answered immediately. They were apologetic about coming late and I'm totally understanding that it was during Tet holidays, but not responding, I don't understand. And I heard this same issue from a number of other guests coming in.
