Very nice place to stay, friendly saff nice and cheap food. Just don't expect to meet a lot of other backpackers
This is the only truly international hostel in the city and it gets everything right. Not far from the city centre, it offers bikes and scooters, good comfort, and full support for organising your travel.The bunk beds are comfortable and provide privacy, and the place is clean and relaxed.What makes it truly special is the staff and their tours, which take you through a lesser known side of Vietnam with a wonderful mix of history, nature, and culture.

The lady at the reception was super helpful with getting a bus to Sapa, which was nice :) The room was fine, nothing fancy & the mattresses were a little funny, but not too bad.
Really nice hostel, staff are very nice too! Great rooms and bathroom. The granola pot was a favourite of mine to start the day
Nice hostel, well located, perfect for a backpacker step. It just miss some storage next to the bed to have more confort
Really nice accommodation in Dien Bien Phu. We only stayed there for a night, but would be comfortable to stay there longer and book their trips.
We enjoyed our stay here! We came to this town by accident but had no problem staying in the hostel on short notice. Rooms are very big and pretty clean. Good location too!

great trip in Dien bien phu !! definitly worth it to stop some days in Dien bien phu and enjoy about the area

Staff is amazing! Helps you with everything. I was the only one because it was rain season. Dorm is quite good

The staff were absolutely exceptional, they continually went above and beyond even though we were only staying there for one day. They were so helpful with suggestions and helped booked onwards buses and tickets, and even gave us their own personal raincoats as we were about to go out in the rain. There were many more examples as well. Couldn’t recommend enough as the staff were so amazing

Was a nice hostel, and very friendly and good english speaking staff mostly. One thing was that around 10:30, when we were making ready to get breakfast, 2 staffmember who didn’t speak english came in and started cleaning the bathroom and just standing in the room, when we had till 12:00 to check out. But besides it was really nice!
Auberge réservée après conseil d'autres voyageurs et aucun regret. Très bon accueil, l'équipe est toujours souriante et bon emplacement dans Dien Bien Phu. Le gérant nous a aidé dans toutes les démarches pour nos visas et s'est montré disponible en permanence malgré toutes nos questions... Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! C'est la meilleure auberge que nous ayons eu l'occasion de faire au Vietnam. Merci encore et bonne continuation !! Julia
Good hostel. Helpfull stuff
Absolutely brilliant hostel. Bargain for £4. Son (?) and greg were brilliant and super helpful. We were offered a map of the city with attractions on it, and any question we asked was answered by either of the staff. Beds were clean and comfy, same with the toilets. Maybe a little hot in the dorms but we were told fans were eventually being installed. They also had bikes to rent for free which was brilliant. Great hostel, even if there was not loads to do in the area.
