Es la segunda vez que voy al hostel, siempre de 10, volvería a ir una 3ra si vuelvo a Madrid. Fran y todo el personal siempre muy amables

Our stay was short but was positive. We especially are grateful to Fran who gave us a lot of advice that made our short Madrid trip very memorable:) There are many facilities for comfort, and there are many activities to help us all get acquainted with one another and the city. The hostel was very clean and is one of the better experiences I’ve had. I do need to mention that earplugs are needed, but because the city center is very alive, though most of the noise is mitigated with closed windo...

O hostel tem uma localização super central, o pessoal é simpático, organiza atividades e tudo estava limpo! Pontos para o chuveiro que era ótimo! Eu fiquei no quarto com outras 3 mulheres e eu já sabia que não seriam beliches com cortina. Se vai ser tranquilo ou não depende de com quem você está compartilhando o ambiente. O único comentário seria que o acesso é só por escadas - meu quarto ficava no 3º andar e por ser um prédio, não há área aberta dentro, mas isso não foi um p...

Very clean and well organized hostel, would recommend! Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped and the free snacks for breakfast felt like a little present every day: amazing! I wasn’t the most social guest as I was visiting a friend but guests seemed kind and it was nice that OneFam organizes all kinds of social activities. It was quiet at night, despite being so in the city center. Staff very friendly and helpful!

El mejor hostel de Madrid, Fran me recibió como si estuviese en casa. Llegué mucho tiempo antes del Check-in y ofrecieron recibirme las valijas y guardarlas para que pudiera aprovechar el día sin cargarlas. De la misma forma permiten guardar el equipaje una vez realizado el check-out. Tienen propuestas increíbles para hacer durante el día y la noche. El mejor hostel de Madrid para socializar

Mi primera experiencia en un hostel y Onefam sungate es perfecto para vivir una gran experiencia!

This was my first time staying at a hostel and they set the bar. I really enjoyed my stay here. The environment is very social and I met some of the coolest people on the planet. The staff were very kind and helpful and were very considerate. The location was close to the bars, stores, and the city center. If you can, definitely stay here!

Excelente hostel, muy lindo, limpio, con camas individuales súper cómodas y con espacio en la habitación. La cocina y los espacios comunes lindos también y excelente la ubicación. Fran el chico que me atendió fue muy amable y con buena onda, eso es importante cuando llegas a una nueva ciudad.

Cleanest hostel I’ve been to everything was spotless, private showers, they know how to run a hostel! Free walking tours/guided trips to Toledo, free family dinners, super friendly staff and coziest beds at hostels I’ve ever slept at. Perfect location for everything. 20 minute walk to everything. The sheets felt like home and you had your own cubby could spread out unlike 10 person rooms.

Great location, staff is very nice and helpful with great recommendations for restaurants in the area, places to go, etc. Bathroom is clean. The only personal preference of mine that they don't do which others hostels do is the beds with curtains for a little more privacy when in the room and sleeping, but overall an excellent place to stay!

I had a great experience staying at Onefam Sungate! Everyone at the hostel was friendly and and really put in a lot of effort to make sure the guests had a great time. Adrian, especially, was extremely nice and accommodating. 10/10 recommend!

The hostel was amazing! It had a great social environment! You don’t have to worry about meeting people! There are so many events to meet people and Cátia was awesome! She gave great recs and was so kind

I’ve stayed in a lot of hostels in my life, and this is definitely the best one so far. Five stars in every category, especially for the location and the activities the staff organizes to bring people together.

Great Location and Great Facilities. We came as a big group and they really accomodated us. Can comment on it being social as we did our own thing but they have a whole schedule so my expecation is it would be social.

Amazing stay. The location was great - right in the center of Madrid, so it was easy to walk almost everywhere and there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and nightlife nearby. What made this place special was the atmosphere. It felt very welcoming and made it easy to meet people through family dinners, tapas nights, walking tours, day trips, and nights out. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and full of energy. Highly recommend.
