This is one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at. Angel was incredibly welcoming and helpful with everything. They also organise a lot of events so it’s very easy to meet people. Highly recommend it if you’re in Madrid!

As siente como una familia, todo muy lumpia y comodo. El programa que ellos ofrecen está muy bien hecho y así puedes encontrar a gente de todo el mundo.

It truly feels like a family ✨ From the moment you arrive, you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. There are always plans going on, and the staff makes sure everyone feels included. They offer breakfast and daily tapas, which makes it easy to meet people and connect. The vibe is social but still relaxed and natural. Everything is VERY clean, and the location is perfect JUST a 7 min walk from Gran Vía. I’d definitely stay here again! 💗 I’m gonna miss u!

El mejor ambiente de hostal que he experimentado, los voluntarios Arturo y Kiara encantadores, imposible pedir más :) nos prepataban cenas deliciosas y le ponían todo el cariño del mundo!! El plus de tener desayuno gratis me sorprendió, no me lo esperaba!! No duden si están por Madrid quedarse allí. Gracias por acogernos en las actividades nocturnas y en general. 10 de 10 🤗

I had an amazing time, would definitely recommend this hostel! It was such a lovely area and Duda at reception was so helpful. All the staff were so welcoming, especially Arthur and Chicca- I will miss them! So much effort put into creating a fun environment, would defs go back :)

I spent amazing time in hostel, I met a lot of people from different part of the world and fact that this hostel organised event to integrate with others is great opportunity to get to know better. Duda helped me with everything and explained how it works.

Was only there for a night, but had such a wonderful stay at Onefam Madrid — clean facilities, comfy beds (with blackout curtains!), and awesome staff. They also offered a fantastic free dinner which was such a great way to meet people. A special shoutout to Coralie at reception for immediately making me feel welcomed at the hostel as well as Arthur and Timo for leading the evening social event/outing :))

Faciliteiten waren heel goed. Sociaal ook meer dan voldoende.

Me encantó mi estadía aquí! Siempre hay actividades, excelente si viajas solo. Las instalaciones están súper bien!!

Mi estancia fue increíble ,el Staff es súper atento Angel un genio, y la limpieza es espectacular,las actividades que organizan son muy copadas y te hacen sentir como una gran Familia. la localización es total ,estando en una barrio como Malasaña ,lleno de luz y que no le falta de nada. Volvería sin dudarlo!!
