Room Gran Vía

Mostly for the younger crowd. Totally a youth hostel. Very dark and uninviting when you walk in, Seems like everything is painted black. Stairs are very dark, little lighting. Street is very loud at night. People screaming up and down the alleys. However it is a great location, room was good with only 2 bunks and bright doors that open to patio to let in the cool night air,. Bathrooms are down the hall and not in the rooms. On the plus side, the water pressure was good and hot.

La estancia en estuvo muy bien. Solo recomendaría que las puertas de las habitaciones tengan un sistema en el cual cuando se cierran no hagan tanto ruido. Me toco una cama al lado de la puerta y era imposible no levantarse cuando alguien entraba o salia.

I was have an issue related to the system booking and they fixed it in professional way, thanks for that, and thank you for the free breakfast will visit Madrid again and I will book in that hostel again

Great location and beds plus they give you padlocks which is great

Muy buena experiencia en general. La ubicación es excelente en Gran Vía, ideal para moverse por Madrid, y tanto la limpieza como las instalaciones estaban impecables. El personal fue muy amable y resolutivo en todo momento. Como punto negativo, esa noche hubo huéspedes que corrían y hacían ruido en los pasillos. Además, un huésped me quitó mi ropa de cama y toalla, por lo que tuve que solicitar un nuevo juego en recepción. El lugar en sí y la atención fueron excelentes 🫶🏻 Volver...

Zimmer sind schön und groß. Habe mich wirklich wohl gefühlt, auch wenn es nur für eine Nacht war.
