Le self check in est pratique dans certains cas mais on ne rencontre pas le personnel et c'est dommage pour une auberge, ça manque de convivialité. Les lits ne sont pas faits et il y a beaucoup de poussière dans la chambre. Sinon, l'accès est bien indiqué et les douches sont assez propres.
Good for the price, the beds are well spaced apart from one another unlike many hostels that have beds touching. The place is very dead though and has no events, and you will have to find people to enjoy your trip with from elsewhere if solo traveling. Located 10-15 mins walk from all the popular tourist destinations.

The hot water was off from 9-11am every day. The staff required me to pay a €10 deposit to get my key, in cash, which meant I had to pay an ATM fee. The atmosphere was very quiet.

Overall I feel like it’s a solid 6/10. Place was relatively clean and fresh sheets were great. However there’s only 1 bathroom per gender. It’s in a good location but with that comes the loud city throughout the night. There’s next to no privacy and no security measures except for a key to lock the main door. There is 0 atmosphere so don’t expect anything exciting. Rudy the manager was very helpful; 10/10 for him!!
Value for it money for its location and the rate. If they improve the hot water at shower room that would be 100% Satisfactory
La limpieza en las habitaciones no es buena, no ponen las sábanas a las camas ni tampoco las cambian, un punto a mejorar sería justo ese

Quiet hostel right in the middle of Madrid. A bit pricey for a hostel but it's worth it for the location and other benefits.
Por el precio de la habitación, las instalaciones son antiguas y poco cuidadas. Teníamos una habitación doble privada y la estantería estaba llena de polvo cuando llegamos. Además, en el pasillo, encima de las taquillas está lleno de colchones antiguos usados, cosa que da bastante mala sensación. La ubicación es buena, pero al ser edificio antiguo se oye muchísimo ruido.
It's a very bare hostal, basically a bed to sleep in. The location is fabulous, noise at night but ok. It doesn't have any amenities of other hostels. I stayed two nights and i slept very comfortable.
The hostel was okay, located in the shopping districts, quite expensive stay, I pay 40 euro for a one night stay. Staff not so friendly but trying to be helpful, some of the rules seem to be more appropriate to hotel standard. They have a fixed time of check out, rules, deposit required up to 30 euro etc. But the staff was very serious in working, tryin their best to ensure the maximum security. There were no cooking facilities except a macrowave, in general the hotel also seem to be a bit old .
The hostel was in a really good location, a couple of the staff were lovely however we had to keep the window open because of “covid regulations” and our room was on a busy road where the garbage trucks came at 1am and a lot more out side noise plus it got really cold at night. also on the day we were checking out the lady came in 1/2 hour before before our check out time to clean our room so we pretty much got kicked out early. there was also no hot water and no soap in a couple of the bath...
