Change the World Hostels - Açores

Für eine Nacht ist das Hostel in Ordnung. Ausstattung sehr billig und heruntergekommen. Mitarbeiter waren nett aber etwas planlos. Hostelleben gibt es nicht wirklich. Preisleistung eher schlecht.

Nice hostel, close to the airport but still in downtown Ponta Delgada

The room was very stuffy and there was mold growing in a corner of the room as well as the bathroom. The online check-in was complicated and I had to pay 4€ more than what was posted on Hostelworld. The breakfast was ok, but the toaster was broken (in both visits, two weeks apart). The beds were comfortable and clean.

Correct. ! Sans plus …. Après sur le pont du premier mai ^^. Propre ! Mais assez bruillan! pluie et avion ). Parfait pour une nuité proche de l’aéroport !

Muy buena opción cerca del aeropuerto. Camas cómodas y sábanas y toallas limpias. Desayuno sencillo pero completo. Personal muy amable y eficaz. Repetiríamos sin duda.

The 6 bed room was very humid and dusty. The matresses already very much used, it felt to sleep in a hole. Bathroom inside the dorm was very wet, humid and not clean. Staff seemed not very interested in social interaction.

Helpful Staff, very nice and friendly. Had a nice clean bed and bathroom. The room was even quiet with a "Festa" in front of the building. Well organised. Not too far from the city centre. Would definitely book again!

People were really kind and available with our requests. Not really clean but the closest option tithe airport

Fine all around. About 10 min drive from the airport (10 euro taxi) 20 min walk to downtown area of ponta delgada Basic bunk beds, provides pillow, linens and blanket in the closet. Small shelf next to bed and locked cabinet for suitcase. Unfortunately no curtain for bunk area. Bathrooms are large with big shower that has great water pressure, they also provide a bath towel which is great.

C'est près de l'aéroport ça peut-être pratique mais le premier avion part à 6:30 le matin et c'est très bruyant. Le déjeuner est inclus mais est à 8:30 seulement. Ceux prenant l'autobus ou voulant profiter pleinement de leur journée manquent le déjeuner. Il est trop tard. 7:30 serait bien. Lorsqu'on est en dortoir chaque bruit compte. Pourquoi ne pas rendre l'ouverture des casiers et des portes silencieuses en ajoutant un peu de lubrifiant. Grande chamre et salle de bain au dortoir ...

Idéal pour un jour, pas pour un séjour en ville. Pas de service de conciergerie, tout se fait à distance, vous n'aurez aucun renseignement sur la logistique à Sao Miguel bien qu'elle soit importante. C'est du self-check-in. Hormis cela, c'est propre et confortable. Petit-déjeûner pas dingue mais correct. Il semble que la bénévole fasse tout le travail alors que les patrons sont à la plage, c'est un sentiment pas agréable...

Quiet hostel close to the airport. I have no real complaints

The room was super hot and had no air. The window was too small so we couldn’t get any fresh air in there. I only stayed one night, which wasn’t really restful. But the staff was super super nice and it was clean. We had a pretty awesome bathroom! The breakfast was ok.

Nice hostel, a bit to walk to the center but all in all good and the staff really nice

L’hostel est proche de l’aéroport ce qui est parfait pour une étape. Pour un séjour plus long, je conseillerais un hostel plus proche du centre. Les chambres sont petites et demi-enterrées comme la salle commune. Le personnel s’est par ailleurs montré très arrangeant pour le check in et le paiement car je suis arrivée et repartie en dehors des horaires de la réception.

Nice hostel in general, the common area is nice and the check in/out is smooth. It was so hot to sleep there and there was no air conditioning. So we had to open the window which made us hear a lot of noise from outside. There was no hot water early morning at 4 am before our flight. I recommend this hostel for winter time only.
