Wonderful hostel! Ugǔr on the staff stood out for creating a welcoming and fun environment that really brings people together! The location is perfect for exploring the Old City, with Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque just a short walk away. The hostel has a very social atmosphere and organizes lots of activities that make it easy to meet other travelers. The free breakfast is sooo tasty too. Clean, friendly, and an ideal place to stay in Istanbul.
Awesome spot. I had the private room upstairs and it was super quiet and cozy with a terrace. Staff were great. Was a little on the pricy side for a private room in a hostel without the free amenities like breakfast and coffee, but still great.
not only clean, perfectly positioned, good fresh breakfast, but very warm and clever people who work there.
amazing, I love this hostel! The atmosphere, the culture, the vibe and the activities. As soon as I walked in the door Fati made me feel welcome and made me smile. I came back here for a second time and if I'm ever back in Istanbul I feel like this is my home.
Great hostel! Good vibes, good people, clean hostel, super terrace with crazy view of the Sofia mosque! Also with breakfast icluded. 5 minute walk from the main moscque square! What do you want more? Thank to the guys at the reception they are super nice with all customers! Sakir and your friend, you are so kind with people. Thank you cheers! 🙏
I asked the guy in the reception, how much is the total in USD and he said “I don’t know, look for yourself”. He also showed me my bed and then he said “this is your bed, no matter of other people say the opposite”. So I don’t know if I was supposed to fight for my bed at some point. I love party but I also wanted to see the city historical side. No information about it, they just wanted to sell me the pub crawl. Pub crawl and hostel were avrage. Dont expect maps, info about where to...
Super fun hostel, in a great location with great staff and visitors. The hostel has a very very social vibe with tons of events, delicious home cooked dinners, and sponsored boat parties and pub crawls! It was also pretty clean and very comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are looking for something a bit low key because it’s not the quietest hostel. However if you are looking for somewhere social this is your spot.
The staff is really helpful and dedicated; the hostel is clean and located next to all the principal monument of the city and the area is really safe!
The hostel was amazing!! The staff super helpful and friendly, the location can't be better and the atmosphere is great.
The hostel is located in a perfect position. I was in a private room with a private bathroom (that it is in another building). It was the perfect solution to have a private space to rest and to have a common space to share time with other backpackers. They serve a typical Turkish breakfast. Guys at the reception helped us for everything. I really enjoyed the stay. Thank you for everything! (The don't have lockers in the common spaces for luggages at the check out, you leave at the entrance....
Didn’t like the hostel for these reasons - I was given the upper bunk bed but there isn’t a proper grip on the beds. while climbing the bed, I fell down on the first night. The room I stayed at was just below the rooftop and the music was loud and carried on past midnight. The bathrooms were messy and they even charged us for renting towels which is something other hostels rented us for free. What I did like about the place was the view from the rooftop bar - beautiful view of Hagia Sofia,...
Really friendly people and comfortable, clean beds and bathroom. The shower had good temperature and water pressure and the location is absolutely perfect. You are 5-10 minutes walk from Hagia Sophia, Sultanahamet Square, Topkapi Palace and the tram stop. The Galata Bridge is approximately 20 minutes walk so everything you need is close by (restaurants are everywhere). The only downside is the bar plays LOUD music until 11pm and this can really interfere with sleep.
Definitely the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. It is perfect distance from all the sights, our room was spacious. If I ever come back to Istanbul I would book again.
Had an excellent stay at Cheers. The best thing? The staff were super friendly and welcoming. From the start we were greeted with smiles and kindness. Great atmosphere at the bar too. Much love x
