Buona posizione, ma: - pulizia pessima (pavimento sporco e capelli nel lavandino) - asciugamani ce li hanno cambiati solo una volta, su nostra richiesta - mancava un’anta della doccia, per cui non si riusciva a chiudere e si allagava tutto il bagno - richiesti 50€ in più se si pagava con carta di credito - una sera abbiamo dovuto aspettare fuori dall’ostello perché nessuno ci aveva comunicato il codice - il signore alla reception non sa parlare inglese ed è difficile poter comu...

Mister who ever runs this facility is so unprofessional,after coming from a long flight took more than 10 hours , first of all he started his rudeness the first minute i stepped foot in this hostel, i asked kindly please check I have a reservation , and his answer was ' i cancelled your reservation ' just imagine after taking havaist and two trams to be there , u soo exhausted with your luggage as well , and for no reason started attacking me with his smuggling joke.i didn't get refund also...

The almost vertical staircase was near impossible to climb with luggage as some of the steps were higher than the others causing me to stumble. There was also a bad smell in the hallway. The rooftop area was not clean due to pigeon poo on the chairs and tables.

Good location and good balcony. The posted pic is not the place at all. It is not the corner building at all, very deceptive. Not the cleanest place but, I would stay there again just for the balcony. I didn’t quit feel free to come and go at night. They have a keyed front door and no 24 he staff. They are good people but very little English.

This is the worst hostel- do not stay here! Rooms & toilets filthy & smelly, air conditioning doesn't work, breakfast a joke, reception staff very unhelpful, unfriendly & rude! They claim to have a 1am curfew but never told me- so I found myself locked out at just 1:30am- then very rude when I'd politely knocked on the door to be let in! The next night I was back way before 1am & shocked to see the door was still locked & I was locked out again! Unacceptable & totally ripped off for the price!

Pros: rooftop terrace with lovely views, location is good, 24hr reception Cons: terrible staff - no English, rude and unhelpful, unbelievably steep and exhausting stairs up and down (no lift), lousy atmosphere (no common room), dirty bathrooms, rubbish on the rooftop terrace, seemed quite expensive, broken AC in dorm room

Very noisy because of the great location (next to Saint Sophia and Blue Mosquey) but super convenient if you plan to visit. Zero security on this hostel as everyone can enter and there are nothing to close the doors of the rooms. The common spaces are dirty (showers/toilets but also the rooms with very old mattresses). This is not an hostel as you could imagine but more a cheap hotel as it is only families and couples. Wifi is great. Rooftop view is nice

Quand nous avons réservé l’auberge, celle ci était notée 9.1 Grosse déception à notre arrivée, elle n’est plus que notée 7.1/10. Les chambres sont bruyantes, sales, ne parlons pas des salles de bains. En guise de serviette ils donnent des tapis de bain, alors que cela est censé être compris dans la réservation.
