Ciarus

I really liked the place, great location, clean, and comfortable. The staff was also really friendly, except for one guy at the front desk who was unhelpful and rude. I asked him for an extra blanket in a very polite way, but he made me wait half an hour at 3 a.m. while he played on the front desk pc.

Nice clean hostel I didn't like that a locker was not present in the room To expensive to be a hostel

I stayed at Ciarus Hostel with my friends, I should applaud the staff professionalism, their friendliness and ready to help in whatever way they can. I was very happy with the room and their cleaning services. In total a very good stay, will recommend anyone coming to Strasbourg to stay at Ciarus

Yo le hubiera puesto un 9.5 por que todo fue muy bueno solo un percance que no me gusta y no debo aceptar. Estaba hablando por teléfono en el holl donde se supone que ahí se hacen acciones más libres y sin ninguna perturbación sin embargo un tipo de recepción me molestó con decir que no era el lugar para hacerla . Como han cambiado las cosas el que paga se le atiende y no ciertas prepotencias de ese tipo

Our private room with one bunk bed and ensuite bathroom was spotless and modern. The bunk bed was sturdy and comfortable. The location is perfect, it's a 5 minute walk to the old town on the island. There is secure underground parking available for €30/24h. There is a bar and restaurant, but it was not a very social atmosphere as mostly school classes were staying.

Location favolosa, bella camera, pulizia impeccabile, ma ....non chiamatelo ostello. È a tutti gli effetti una struttura alberghiera, sia per il prezzo di un posto letto, sia per il fatto che non è previsto che gli ospiti possano provvedere da soli ai propri padti

Great place to stay. It’s centrally located, quiet, clean, modern. Very helpful staff.

El baño está dentro de la habitación; no hay lugar adentro para guardar tus cosas bajo llave. Algunas personas de recepción muy amables; otras, no. Bien ubicado para ir a recorrer y fácil de reconocer desde fuera. Las camas están ok y te proporcionan toallas. Ojo con el adaptador que lleven porque no todos entran bien en los enchufes.

A good location, clean atmosphere, large bed, and helpful staff. The atmosphere is linear and somewhat cool. I stayed there for three nights and felt that the room was missing a wardrobe.

Localisation et propreté parfaites. Mais ne vaut pas la moitié du prix affiché. Ce n’est pas une auberge de jeunesse mais un hôtel normal. Petit déjeuner à 12€ ??? Interdit de manger sa propre nourriture dans la salle commune ???

The hotel was great. One big disappointment although was that we had booked the hotel because it was mentioned that it had air conditioning, which had not. That made the stay very difficult, especially because it was in the middle of a heatwave. The stuff gave us a fan that practically did nothing and a pass for free breakfast. I believe that if you visit when the weather is not over 30 degrees you are gonna have a great stay.

Ho trascorso un ottimo soggiorno! Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, pronto ad aiutare con qualsiasi esigenza. La camera era molto pulita, ordinata e arredata in modo essenziale, perfetta per chi cerca semplicità e comfort.
