Super freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer.
No l...
I have never smelled anything as horrible and unbearable as what was in the room. My friend and I couldn’t stand the situation and left before the check-out time. The floor was extremely dirty, as was the bathroom. There is only one toilet for about 6 to 8 people (unisex), so you can imagine the chaos and filth. The location is far from the center, with a strange path to get there. The room door was broken, allowing anyone to enter. It was the worst hostel I have ever stayed in.
Comfortable bed; bad location - a long walk/ride from the center; I'm not a snobby, "everyone has to speak English" American, but the host working the front desk spoke very little English (every hostel I've been to the front desk spoke English). I was sent to the wrong room (already full) at first, but the host quickly resolved the issue. For the location, the price doesn't fit the hostel.
It was literally in the middle of nowhere, i didnt think it could be that bad but it was, i arrived at the night and saw another girl lost looking for the place, i was terrified. When i arrived the man in the reception was pretty rude. No curtain in the bed, ok whatever, but i felt much more privace in a 12 person room in madrid cheaper than this than in a 4 person room here, and im pretty sure i shared with a homeless lady, she was also rude, they didnt let me change rooms.
As a solo traveller I feel like the location is pretty isolated especially if you're arriving late at night, there's hardly anyone around and it gets a little scary
By far the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were dirty and there was a terrible odor that could not be resolved by the staff. The service was awful, they could not accommodate to any of our needs. The lockers would not lock, nor was there any help. The location is terrible in regards to the city and was incredibly overpriced. By far the worst hostel I have ever stayed in.
Part of the staff was able to speak spanisch, and I find it really cool!
It's 15min by tram + 15mins on foot away from the town centre, which isn't too bad during the day, but if you need to leave early in the morning it's not connected. The staff at the reception offered to call me a cab though. The place itself it's what you pay for. I stayed in a 4-bed room with ensuite toilet - which is nice considering how many people it hosts, the bed was comfy, but the shower and sink leaked and the water kept dripping into the night. Also no complimentary toiletries.
Please do something for the noice. It's impossible to sleep if the walls are made out of paper...

I was double booked and made to sleep outside on my last night, and while I was there it dealt as though I was living in a hospital.
Very nice place if you want a few days to chill. We valued the quietness of the places. It is out of the city, but if you understand the trams it’s very easy to get around. The staff were friendly. The place was clean and tidy. The only few issues we faced were the fact that our door to our room did not lock and after it being ‘fixed’ it still did not lock, but there was more than one door to get to the dorms that needed key cards. The communal kitchen was also fairly small, but did the jo...
The small kitchenette was very small, extremely dirty, and smelly.
