Qubestay Airport Capsule Hotel & Hostel

Utterly miserable and unsafe stay. I checked out within five hours due to filthy, unflushed toilets, dirty bedsheets, and a suffocating, unhygienic room. Rats were running above the air vents, mosquitoes kept biting, and I couldn’t sleep even two hours. The staff was dismissive and unprofessional, showing zero concern. With many better hostel options in Mumbai, I strongly advise travelers to avoid this place completely.

The facility is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. There is some restructuring going on right now so not all the amenities were available while I was there. It's also a rainy season here.

I had a rat come through the ceiling that it opened up. It dripped onto my bed while I was in it. What a terrible experience. When I changed rooms i was hearing the rats above me still. I got no sleep all night and changed hotels where I had to wait until check-in to just catch up on sleep.

The experience was below average. The whole property is very small and claustrophobic. The major issue was hygiene and cleanliness. Overall, it was very dirty. The bed was dirty, the linen was stained and stinking. There were bugs on the bed. Very bad smell. The storage below the bed was very dirty. Capsule bed interior was broken. The washrooms were too tiny to stand properly, and very dirty. Even the basic amenities like soap or shampoo was not provided. Very limited breakfast. Not Recommended

Don't go here, it's really not worth it! I didn't sleep at all, the room was so dirty and didn't feel safe there. Take a nicer place, even if it's a bit further away from the airport.

This place does not look like the pictures. The halls and kitchen were filthy. The Wi-Fi did not work. There was nothing close by in the area where I could find wifi either. There was supposed to be free breakfast included but after seeing the state of the kitchen I would not eat there. Gross place.

go elsewhere unless desperate
