The toilets were so dirty and when I told the staff nothing changed

Great value private rooms including breakfast. Rooms are well equipped with safe, hairdryer, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Staff are very polite, professional and friendly and were extremely helpful and responsive to any queries. Good selection of food available to order throughout the day at good value. There isn't much to do within walking distance of the property, however we were aware of this before booking.

Good service

Awful staff. I paid twice the amount due to first time glitch in electronic mode of transfer. It has been now one month and haven't received the excess payment made Bno one responds on email or calls

Location was good, easily got autos. The rate of the dorms was fair for Mumbai. My only issue was on the second night I found bed bugs.

Room 1. Noise Issue: The staircase produces excessive noise when stepped on due to improper fitting at the bottom. 2. Ambiance: The room lacks any form of fragrance. Washroom 1. Mats: There are no mats provided either inside or outside the washroom. 2. Storage Convenience: There is no provision for placing shampoo or shower gel in the shower area. 3. Waste Management: The toilet area lacks bins for disposing of tissues. 4. Cleanliness: The overall condition of the washroom/toilet was untidy.

Upon arrival our first interaction with staff the male at the desk was rude and slightly aggressive. He seemed to act like everything we asked was an inconvenience. He tried to over charge us for our booking 2-3000 Indian rupees . Informed him that wasn’t what my receipt showed and that seemed to annoy him as well. I did not like that our bedrooms could not be locked and had to be propped open all day and night. The facility was more high end than most hostels. But they could do better.

Extremely Unprofessional people. Can cancell your booking after checkin. My Luggage was lost within their watch from their Lobby. It was taken by some dude in MP and I received my Luggage 10 days later through the slowest courier ever. Even though I paid all the money upfront while checking in. They asked for 4k while checking out. When I lost my luggage their team didn't even respond to my calls and I had to ask them everything instead of them updating me.

I won't stay here again it is more for people working as a solo traveler and sight seeing it is very far from everything

Avis assez mitigé suite à notre séjour. Chambre double Deluxes très spacieuse, et moderne, salle de bain également grande. Durant tout notre séjour la carte/clef de la chambre ne fonctionnera pas. La télévision non plus. Plusieurs amis cafard retrouvés dans la chambre. Petit déjeuné le matin correct. Localisation assez loin des lieux "touristiques" mais facilité de commander un taxis et proche de l'aéroport.

fist place touched down in india and very good for settling in, that being said get yourself a local sim card close by the pheonix market place as the cost of travel in taxis is very hush compared to uber.

This experience was a little weird as it might appear to be close to the middle of the city but is in fact quite far from any tuirst attractions. Also the room stayed open by the dead latch lever all night and they never gave me a room key, just a locker key. The room was noisy because of all the metal (door & flimsy steps). and the locals talking on their phones late into the night. But the staff was helpful and the place is beautiful inside and there is a great vegiterian food place nearby.

Excellent hostel. Very clean, and a brilliant place to work from. My only complaints are that 1, it's very far from West Bombay so you'll spend a lot of money on autos. And the common area lacked that warm hostel vibe (as the building also functioned as a hotel). so if you're looking for a private space to work from without disturbance, this will be great. p.s. the food is terrible - it takes 20 minutes to reach as it's not prepared on site.I ordered fruit and it came hot and slightly rotting

Clean and modern, but pretty far removed from anything. The top bunk was extremely weirdly placed with a part of it having as little as maybe 0,5 meter of space above the bed. Gotta say the staff was super helpful though and the 24h check-in is brilliant if you fly in late.

lacks a workspace

Prices were high. Except for that everything was good.
