+ Good location. Bathrooms clean. Nice communal room.

- For 30£ a night I was expecting the mattresses to be of good quality and supportive but they were not. They were thin and far too soft for a grown up man. Also, when I was making my own bed, I noticed a lot of dust around the pillow area (it was the bottom bed of a triple bunk bed) and items from prev guests, including old socks etc.

+ Location was good plus cereal for breakfast. Employee was nice.

- I had let them know when I was arriving but No one was there to open the door so I was locked out in the rain. I tried calling, messaging on booking, calling and messaging on social media and even emailing. NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. A stranger let me in when they exited and then I had to wait until the employees returned. Was not a good start. There needs to be a better way to contact the hostel. The bunk beds were so short you can’t sit upright so it was very uncomfortable to maneuver.

+ Atendimento dos funcionários. Bom estado das instalações. Quarto com muito espaço. Disponibilidade de café, chá e cereiais. Bom local equipado para fazer lanche. Localização excelente.

- O banheiro privativo externo não é prático. Mas está em ótimo estado. Sugiro colocar mais algum móvel no quarto (mesa ou prateleira talvez...)

+ Beautifully designed interior. Friendly and helpful staff. Good variety of social places to hang, work and meet people! Awesome elevators and very comfy beds! Thoroughly recommended 👌🏼

+ Excellent location and very helpful staff. The room was big and clean. We had a comfortable stay. The service provided was very good. We’d definitely come to stay here again when we visit Bristol again.

- Slippers for the bathroom weren’t available.

+ Great hostel in the very city center, close to shops, cafes, and bus station. Comfy bed and clean room, also the toilet was clean and tidy. Great experience :)

+ Personal muy amable. Las habitaciones son amplias. Nosotros cogimos una habitación privada, así que no tuvimos que compartir y teníamos baño en la habitación. Gran detalle dejar gel y antifaz para dormir. El alojamiento está en el centro. Por el precio, superó las espectativas.

- Las literas eran un poco incómodas, las camas individuales sí son cómodas.

+ Spotless as always. Great facilities.

- The glass door on the lift at ground floor level is difficult to shut when inside the lift.
