+ The hostel location is really convenient for visiting downtown Gunnison. There was ample parking available. The bathrooms and showers were clean and had plenty of hot water. Our room was quiet at night, and met all our needs for a one night stay.

- My husband and I stayed in the small private room off the kitchen. The room is small, and seemed better suited for one person than two. The room was dimly lit and dated, the towels and linens were old/dingy, and the bed mattress sank into the middle of the bed.

+ I have stayed at the property many times over the years, and it is consistent and welcoming. The staff is very friendly, the house is comfortable and relaxing, it is well located for a short walk to the down town area. The bed area is sectioned off well and the beds are comfortable

- Die Unterkunft wird von einer Person geführt die offensichtlich kein Bock auf Arbeiten hat und offensichtlich nicht fähig ist ihr Personal zu planen. Ihr Personal ist zwar freundlich, aber ausgelaugt da Sie versuchen ihre unfähige Chefin zu kompensieren. Bei unserem Checkin wurde uns die Buchung obwohl bereits bezahlt ein weiteres mal auf der Kreditkarte belastet, weil die Chefin offenbar nicht kommuniziert hat dass wir schon bezahlt hätten. Am 2. Abend war kein Personal da, etliche Gäste warteten und um 21:00 kam die Chefin genervt, irgendwie hätten ihre 4 Mitarbeiter Ferien und sie wisse auch nicht weshalb hier Chaos herrsche.
