+ ロケーションが良い。価格に対して十分な満足できる品質。スタッフが優しいくすばらしい。

- WifWifiが遅い。場所が分かりづらく途中の道路も工事中で、人に聞かないと絶対にたどり着けない。

+ The owner is not at all like a property owner he behaves like he is a real brother, too good man salutes your nature

- Some changes needed as no tap to use the bucket in the washroom some curtains needed on door upper visor

+ The air conditioning worked great first of all, which is very important in Nepal… Ha ha. It was decently clean, not the most clean, but at a certain point there’s only so much you can do in an old building. We paid nine dollars a night, so for what we got it was well worth the money. We also accidentally booked an extra night in the room that we did not need and the staff let us cancel and gave us a full refund with only one days notice. Didn’t have the breakfast, so can’t comment on that, but, there are a lot worse place to stay in Katmandu.

- Not much was off with the hotel. I think that for your money you’re not gonna do much better.
