Hawana Hostel

I want to thank Ramadan especially. He was kind enough to help me check in late and help me the with payment. Making him work overtime I’m sure. Much appreciated.

I had a horrible experience during my 3 days stay here in this property, and based on my experience, I may never prefer to stay in the hostel in Dubai. The name of the doesn't exist, check-in took 3 hours, and it was a horrible experience; the contact number mentioned was not available, people staying in the hostel were not friendly and all ready to fight anytime, and the owner's behavior towards the guest was rude.

It was a good experience at the Hawana hostel. Ramadhan is a really helpful person. We extended our stay because the location was better and there are multiple places nearby to explore. very nearby Tram station.

A scam - they cash in on long staying guest workers so not much hoatel feel. It says mixed dorms but they separate men and women - I suspect mostly because the guest workers don't have the same mentality. Even though they try to clean it once a day, the grit and moldy shower corners won't go away. They move you between Hawana and Hawana premium as they see fit, so even if you chose one for a reason. Only one swimming pool key card to share between 40-50 ppl and lockers have screws on the outside

The security at the tower entrance did not allow me in. I had to wait for a resident to open the main door to get into the lift lobby. The photos showed a swimming pool and a gym but in reality you can't access them without the access card. They had one person in charge who was not there and he had poor communication skills.

the best hostel in Dubai Marina!!

No nice welcome. Badly organized. I booked a bed in a nice dorm room and paid a higher price, but they put me in the worst and cheapest room where the bed looked dirty and already used. I felt being treated unrespectfully; like s**t. The only nice thing about this hostel was the impressing view from the balcony (62th floor).

lamentablemente no fue una de mis buenas experiencias... ya que me robaron. pero mas alla de que quiza yo me confie anteriormente a otra huesped tambien le habian robado. el chico de la limpieza no te permitia dejar un vaso que ya queria quitarlo para limpiar. me comieron cosas de la heladera. y el encargado por las noches ni estaba... hasta vinieron huespedes que se hospedaban sin haber hablado con el encargado. quien aparecia al otro dia

L'hôtel n'est pas secure, après avoir était victime de vole, le gérant fait tout pour vous dissuader de parler à la police malgré la somme considérable. Il n'est pas là pour vous aider, et ne vous indique aucun endroit facile d'accès, on est obligé de se faire de la place car il ne gère pas les nouveaux arrivées...!

Doesn’t look like a hostel. Actually it’s a tiny apartment with 22 beds and just 2 bathrooms. If you’re a traveler I don’t recommend that place at all! Lots of residents, workers, not travelers. Vibe 0. Weirdest “hostel” I’ve probably stayed in my entire life. Messy common areas. Wall painting and furniture in bad condition, very different from pictures. Gym and pool not available for your stay. Far from the beach. Close to tram. Bathroom clean but messy. Run away if you can!

the property is good by appearance.. but the guy who is running this is a bullshit... for him its only a business for making money.. he take extra people providing the details of hawana hostel, but will allot them to another property which is nearby, very terrible one which is untidy and bullshit.. we reached the property in night and when we complained on this, he told us to take back money and leave.. from the inmates staying for more than a day, he is playing this everyday.

I initially booked for only 3 days. But i ended up staying for another 4 more day 7 days in total . Property is neat and clean and the host Mohammad is very friendly and helpful. He Assisted me for local sightseeing & Abu Dhabi tour .! Big plus for the property is the clean Palm jumers view 😍. Al in al can't wait to stay at this property again..! Cheers !

amazing place to say. great location although guests can be friendlier. Mohamamed is helpful and overall my experience was great.
