I absolutely loved this place. It’s incredibly quiet and clean and has a coworking space which is a huge bonus for remote workers. I booked a shared room and was pleasantly surprised to find a small private room with a locker inside. I originally booked for three nights but ended up extending my stay by four more days. The location is fantastic, conveniently close to restaurants and malls.
My only complaint is the smell around the bed area. The bed and everything else was visibly clean, but there was just a smell around the bed area.
Outstanding by all means.
Good place overall
Great place to stay. New building with elevator. Hot water. Already booked my next stay.
Perfect for my 2 night stay!
La salle de bain n’était pas nettoyée régulièrement.. pour le reste c’était top, la chambre était propre, la piscine agréable.
Everything is great. I just had a tiny with the frequency of housekeeping - could be cleaned a bit more often. But the staff members were so friendly, always greeting you in the hallways. The rooftop pool was a nice addition, along with the coworking area and gym.
Stayed for 2 nights as I just landed in Manila. I booked a private room ( they only do single beds ) and was upgraded to a triple bunk room even though it was just for me which was nice. The shower was cold and slow like showering in the rain so that was disappointing and the air conditioning wasn’t great either however the rooftop pool is wonderful. There was also coffee sachets and mugs but no kettle :/ For the price I paid I expected better air con and shower and maybe even a double bed. No...
The rooftop pool is nice Front Office Staff, Jerome and Rina are very nice The two (2) Lady Guards has terrible attitude, they sent report that I left the hand towels in the trashbin (which is inaccurate) and I was charged 1,000 Pesos for small stains in the sheet. Stayed for 2 weeks and the Hotel expected the sheet to be crystal clear.
What sets The Grid apart is its strategic location, extensive amenities, and thoughtfully designed rooms. But what truly makes it exceptional is the staff, who go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued. From the warm reception to helpful recommendations, their genuine hospitality shines through at every interaction. Their dedication to creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere truly elevates the co-living experience.
Very secure hostel with lovely staff. It was very modern with comfortable beds and clean facilities. Got complementary coffee and a kettle and there’s a free water dispenser. The only issue was the air on unit didn’t really work as an air con unit, more like a fan so didn’t cool the room down much.
Very good and clean. Nice place to stay in Manila. The staff was nice and there is great Security

Jerome and the rest of the Front Desk Team are all very friendly. I was able to talk to Thea the housekeeping and she is such a wonderful person, all the other housekeeping, cleaning team, security are all very welcoming. They all give you a warm smile EVERYDAY! The pool is perfect and proximity wise, very close and walking distance to all stores and food.
