The staff working there were well behaved

The hostel is not what’s described ,they don’t offer free shuttle service,nobody speaks any English.the rooms are so filthy. It’s also in the kiddos nowhere and very hard to access via public transport

They don't care about improving the service. Otherwise they would change their advertising into 'no more free shuttle from and to the airport and it's going to cost you more to come with uber or else than your room there´. Since mid november they offer no more free shuttle but they warn you once you're trapped by a booking you cannot cancel. It's far from everything, for 70€ alltogether go downtown and enjoy instead.

Construction on the main street made it impossible for my taxi to drop me off. I had to walk several blocks in the dark. Not close enough to the airport to walk. You have to take a taxi. They don't speak any English, Russian or Spanish. Even with a translator app, it was difficult to communicate. The shuttle van service to the airport is a good value but it's impossible to call them from the airport when you land, unless you speak Polish. Not sure if the airport shuttle is available "on call". ...

The construction out front of the property does not allow for taxis/ Ubers / etc. to drop you off. The construction required me to walk several blocks without knowing where exactly I was going. Was really sketch late at night (when I arrived). The shuttle (van) service offered to the airport is cheap and fantastic. The hostel does not provide shuttle service to the train station, which isn't much further than the airport. The staff does not speak English or Russian. Communication was very diff...

The road outside is under construction so it was really difficult to walk from the bus station to the hostel. Although it is close to the airport, it would take very long to get here with public transport.

My experience at this hostel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were substandard and uncomfortably warm, and the atmosphere was consistently noisy. Furthermore, the information provided about airport pickup and drop-off services was misleading, and I was unable to contact the management via email. There is no value for money at this establishment. Given these issues, I strongly recommend that Hostelworld delists this property.

Location is close to airport but unable to get dropped off or picked up on street due to roadworks/road closed. I know this is out of the hostels control but definitely had a negative impact on my stay. Room was hot and needed aircon, however it was nice having an ensuite.

Reservamos el alojamiento porque tenia traslado desde el aeropuerto. Nadie nos vino a buscar a la hora acordada, el email de contacto era incorrecto y nadie atendía el teléfono. Tuvimos que pagar un Uber hasta el alojamiento con el sobre coste que nos supuso. Al llegar a la recepción había una persona que nos atendió como buenamente pudo porque no sabía inglés. Si hubiéramos sabido que no teníamos opción a traslado hubiéramos optado por otro alojamiento.

Due to our luggage being lost we ended up rerouting our stay for an overnight in Warsaw. We arrived after mid-night due to the mishaps. We found the location ideal as we had an early morning flight the following day. Another added plus is that the Nearby Airport Hostel provides shuttle service directly from and to the airport. One detail which needs improvement is that both the phone number as well as the email need to be updated. Due to not being able to contact the location was stressful.

Pros: • Close to the airport—I had a super early flight and they dropped me off at 3:30 AM • Cheap private rooms Cons: • As a female solo traveler I did NOT feel safe here. The location & general atmosphere of the place (like stained blinds and torn mattresses) left me on edge. • The room I was in was nowhere near as nice as the ones pictured. My room had an old metal bunk bed. While it was freshly cleaned, everything felt very worn. • I asked to leave at 3:30. I got into the recept...
