Il est vrai qu’il faut se fier aux avis. Le point positif est le personnel, que j’ai trouvé très gentil : ils ont gardé nos sacs toute une journée pendant que nous étions partis voir le volcan Bromo. En ce qui concerne les points négatifs, c’est simple : Il n’y a pas de wifi, pas d’eau chaude, la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas, les draps étaient sales, il n’y avait pas de couette et ça sentait l’humidité. Der Ventilator war das einzige was die kaputte Klimaanlage ausgleichen sollte- ich habe leider Mega während der Nacht geschwitzt. Das Bad war auch nicht sehr sauber und der duschkopf hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert, weshalb ich mir Eimer über den Kopf kippen musste, wenn ich duschen wollte. Sonst ok

It was a fun experience! But there were no other people and the room was very sketchy. The people were super friendly and hospitable, but the facilities can definitely be better.

I turned up in the late afternoon after travelling back from Bromo that morning. I booked the room the day before and when I arrived the room still wasnt ready. They put new sheets on the bed but the bathroom wasnt cleaned and was filthy. No hot water as a warning if that is important to you and showerhead was black with grime. Wouldn't recommend.

The pictures are old and outdated. The place is so dirty. No shower, toilet didn’t flush, no blanket or towel. The “double bed” was two uneven singles pushed together. Left straight away

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely unpleasant. The rooms were very dirty, small and unpleasantly smelly. There were no towels or blankets and the bathroom was in a filthy state. The flush did not work, there was no sink, the shower head was broken off and the bathroom door could not be closed. However, receptionist was very keen and organised a motorbike for us, which was very helpful.

Contemplated sleeping in my clothes... grimy & bit grim. Worked for a single night before heading up Bromo but it was a last minute booking on my part & I won't be back.

Very growse, electricity is dangerous, bed is growse, the bathroom is absolutely disgusting

After a nice and warm welcome we got into our room. And it was disgusting. The bed linen had was dirty, it smelled after a nasty chemical, the AC was making noises and the bathroom was dirty. And there is no sink in the Bathroom. How do people wash their teeth? So I went to the reception again to talk to them. But she was crying really loud and another guy tried to calm her. Really crazy. But I didn't payed already so they took the keys and we left with no problem.
