Chikan Hotel Arequipa

La atención del personal fue muy amable, cálida, nos hicieron sentir como en casa; solo hubo problemas en cuanto a los servicios higiénicos que la presión del baño era baja por lo tanto los residuos no pasaban...el resto de la atención y servicios muy buenos, las habitaciones son tal cual las fotos, tiene espacios muy cuidados.

This was a good place to stay, and walking distance from the plaza but not bad. The room is standard and decently clean. It feels more like a hotel than a regular BnB. The older lady was very sweet who cooked breakfast for us.

A great place to stay - the staff are so helpful and were always available for any questions we had. They also helped us with our laundry. The walk to the main square took us about 5 minutes. The showers are solar heated but we always had warm water when showering.

Very lovely place,a five blocks from downtown Arequipa,the honor and staff are very polite and friendly they make you feel at home.The breakfast is served fresh from scratch and many things to choose from the menu.I truly recommend this hotel and definitely will be back!

I had a very nice stay. The staff are super friendly. They let me stay one more night when my bus was cancelled and helped organize a new one. They made me feel very welcome. It’s a quiet place where you can relax very well and feel at home. It’s very close to the center of Arequipa so it’s perfect to visit the city. Would definitely go there again!
