Hostal CQ Chapinero

No me hospedé, porque el cuarto tenía bichos, según me dijo la persona que atendió, quien me atendió fue muy amable. Se ve que el lugar está dando sus últimos respiros antes de cerrar sus puertas.

Nada de limpieza. Claro, es barato, pero las sábanas no estaban limpias (había pelos en la cama). Es una pena, los anfitriones eran amables, pero carecían de comodidades básicas...

ES UN LUGAR PARA GENTE LOCAL. NO DEBERIA OFRECERSE A TURISTAS. HAY GENTE QUE VIVE AHI, TIENEN CIENTOS DE COSAS BOTADAS POR TODO EL CUARTO, LA SEÑORITA DE LA RECEPCION NO RESPETO LAS HORAS DE DESCANSO DE NADIE, A LAS 6.30 EMPEZO A HACER RUIDO, LIMPIAR, SACAR AL GATO, NOSE, MIL COSAS. NI TIENE COBIJAS PARA EL FRIO QUE HACE EN BOGOTA. LAS RECAMARAS NO LAS LIMPIAN. LA VERDAD RECORRI 100 HOSTALES EN EL MUNDO Y ESTE FUE EL PEOR.

Property was incredibly dirty and falling apart, stains and mold on the walls, toilet seats were broken, very dirty bathrooms and rooms, there was also a cat (??). We were also woken up very early in the morning by a child coming into our room. One of the hostel employees was living in our room, so the room was very messy and her son kept coming in and out of the room. Hostel room door was always left open because she lived in the room. Weirdest environment.

realmente una muy buena experiencia y atención, un personal muy comprometido con el servicio, el ambiente va variando según las personas que se encuentran en el lugar, las instalaciones varian un poco a las fotos pero aún así es un lugar con muy buena vibra, cuenta con todo lo necesario para personas que estamos explorando la ciudad, bastante coherente con precio calidad. yo volvería quedarme en este lugar ya que se adapta a mis necesidades, como todo la invitación es a vivie tu experienci...

el personal que trabaja en el hostal pelean mucho entre ellos de una manera muy fea y el hambiente se siente un poco pesado, si no fuese por el chico que trabaja en la noche el hambiente no seria tan feo. por cierto, me robaron mis huevos y de mas comida antes de salir del hostal

Nos entregaron la habitacion que no era. No nos dieron la llave y cuando la pedimos para volver a entrar, no la tenían. Abrieron la puerta desde afuera sólo empujándola!! Que clase de seguridad es esta?? Tampoco nos devolvieron el dinero por el error de la habitacion.

Después hacer la reservacion,por mis discapacidades neuromotoras he mandado un mensage por correo electrónico pa pedir una cama debajo y solo he recibido una repuesta tarde rn el próximo día diciendo que NO TENIAN DISPONIBILIDADES DE CAMA DEBAJO!?! ENTONCES NO HE PODIDO QUEDAR EN ESTE JOSTEL Y DEBERIA BUSCAR OTRO.... QUERIA UN REMBOLSO DESTE RESERVACION POR FAVOR GRACIAS!!!YATZIL

I had such an amazing week in CQ Chapinero in one of their private rooms. The staff was amazing to say the least, starting from the Karol an Maria, our moms, going through the volunteers, the kids, the animals. Its s lovely family that you can be part of there, with a great atmosphere and good value. Thanks for everything guys ill come back in 2 weeks!!❤️‍🔥

I really did not enjoy my stay here. The hostel has a lot of people living there long term. It was not the environment you would expect at a hostel. The room was smelly and cluttered and it was too loud for me. There was not a plug by my bed and the top bunks have no curtains for privacy. I was supposed to stay two nights but left after one. The staff was pleasant but I would not stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

very friendly staff, a spacious kitchen and clean facilities. we felt safe in the area and the staff was always available, if we needed help. highly recommend!

Es un lugar muy ordenado, un ambiente súper tranquilo, recomendado, la atencion es muy buena

We stayed there for two nights. Location is ok, but the area does not feel safe.The bunks are stable which was nice, but they turned out to be full of bugs and left me with a bites on the next day. The dorms are rather dirty. Also the staff does not seem interested in the guest, rather bothered by their presence. I’ve been asked to remove my backpack before the actual check out time for no reason. when I showered there was no hot water, also there’s no lockers to keep your things safe.

Noise from the rats in the ceiling made it hard to sleep, as well as the drunk downstairs yelling late at night. Which makes sense, since there's a brothel about a block from the hostal, so if you try to go out after 9p for a bite to eat, the pimp yells 'brothel, brothel!' Also, there was supposed to be breakfast included, but no breakfast was given, because 'the cook just quit.' And on top of it all, the owner is not friendly. One bright stop is that there is a nice cafe a block away with go...
