When we arrived we could not check-in to room till 6pm, because they had to ‘deepclean’…. After one night of sleeping we saw bedbugs in our bed, so in the middle of the night we had to move to a different hotel. They helped us with the laundry, but we only got a refund for the money that they receive from Hostelworld, so not a full refund of what we paid. Would not recommend!!!!!

My locker was broken, bed bugs in the night and Staff was helpless

There was bedbugs in the room, the staff gave us a new room ´but this is still not okay, there we some others in the room but the staff did not inform them about this. My phone got stolen and the staff was not helpfull at all. Usually at bigger places people at least say I will check with my collegues etc but they really did not care. And I know its not their responisiblity but I still found it a bit rude.
