Cabinas Vista al Golfo

Our favourite hostel in all of Costa Rica!! Ro and Diego truly made the stay, they were phenomenal. Our room was wonderful (had a private) and the breakfast was great. Would absolutely stay here every time we’re in monteverde. Not much of a social scene but the peace and quiet was very nice.

Das Hostel hat eine sehr gute Lage mit toller Aussicht. Das Frühstück ist super, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und alles ist äußerst sauber. Alles ist in gutem Zustand – nichts Luxuriöses, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Allerdings ist es eher ringhörig, Ohrstöpsel sind daher empfehlenswert.

It's well located and the staff is nice. The view is great and the breakfast was super good. However, the walls are paper thin and you can hear people talking in the rooms next door.

Room was a pleasant surprise, nicer than anything we saw online. Great view. Staff was awesome. Everything was fantastic, no complaints.

We would definitely stay here again! The value for what you get is fantastic. The place felt very secure, and had a nice friendly vibe about it. They seem to cultivate a friendly atmosphere! They had some games and a few different sitting areas to relax in. Heerlijk verblijf gehad hier. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en helpt met al je tours zonder extra kosten. Hierdoor wordt je voor elke tour voor de deur van het hostel opgehaald. Verder een prima schone kamer en fijn terras met uitzicht op de bewolkte bergen en de stille oceaan.

L’hostel est beaucoup plus mignon en vrai qu’en photo, la vue est très belle. Le petit déjeuner est un grand point positif. Très bien situé, proche de la station de bus et du centre. Ro, à la réception, était hyper gentil, serviable et de très bon conseil. On entend pas mal la route puisqu’elle passe en dessous et au dessus, mais je recommande!

I would return to this hostel in a heartbeat. The rooms are comfortable, safe and super clean. The hostel is a couple of minutes from town, you are close to everything you need but also away from the hustle and bustle of the town. It has a very quiet and cheerful atmosphere. Ro is the best host, he has an incredible spirit, he makes your visit to Monteverde so much more special, he is super helpful and makes you feel at home. This was a very lovely place to stay! Roe is an excellent host who was so helpful with everything and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. All of the staff are excellent as well. The breakfast was delicious and the property is very clean and calm. The view is absolutely gorgeous and we felt very safe and relaxed here.

Our stay at Cabinas Vista al Golfo was perfect in everyway! very clean room- we had 2 rooms with private bathrooms- amazing hot water! The breakfast and rest of the property were wonderful from the views to areas to hang out in and good wifi. The property was very safe and secure with perfect walking distance to town. Ce lieu est idéalement situé. Le personnel est absolument génialissime!! A votre arrivée on vous donnera toutes les informations pour profiter de votre séjour! Grâce aux explications de Ro nous avons pu voir clair dans ce qu’il était intéressant de voir à Monteverde et Santa Elena! Encore merci pour tout ! Et le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est un vrai plus !

C’était le meilleur hébergement que nous avons eu de notre voyage! Il se démarque par la gentillesse et l’aide apportée par le personnel pour organiser nos activités et nos déplacements. La chambre était suffisamment grande et la salle de bain un peu petite. La cuisine était très pratique et le déjeuner (gratuit) excellent! C’était hors de leur contrôle mais il fait assez froid dans la ville donc peu propice aux rassemblements dans les espaces ouverts à l’extérieur le soir....

L’équipe est incroyablement accueillante et accommodante! Ils nous ont bien conseillé dans le choix d’activités et ont tout organisé pour nous, incluant les transports porte à porte. L’endroit est très beau et à distance de marche du petit centre-ville. Ambiance tranquille. Très belle vue sur Santa Elena! Je le recommande!

Amazing, views great! Probably the most comfortable bed I have had during 3 months travelling. Breakfast was huge and delicious m - definitely stay here!

La vue était magnifique, c’est plus un petit hotel qu’une auberge. Très reposant mais pas un endroit pour rencontrer du monde. Bien situé. Chambre petite et en face de la réception fenêtre qui donnait sur le couloir
