My room had bedbugs and the staff didn’t inform us. We found out from the people who were getting bit. We found a bedbug and had to leave in the middle of the night to another hostel and they told the other girls in our room to not tell us. I did that night refunded but not the whole stay.

Facilities and how staff treated you was great. Room was great comfy beds. The only issue was there ended up being a case of bed bugs in the one room I was staying in. The way it was handled wasn’t the best after 2 reports of bed bug spotting they still kept moving people in into the same beds and it just kept repeating. I found some in my bed too and they finally shut the room down when everyone moved out. Staff still were helpful with getting all my clothes washed and a partial refund

An absolutely awesome place to stay, staff are always really happy,friendly and keen to help. Also very inclusiveness solo travellers, inviting myself to join in games of pool or pickleball/tennis. They have whole hostel meals out 'family night' which again for a dolo traveller is so nice to do to meet others and mix. Facilities are spot on, really clean, no bed bugs so mega bonus! Whole set up is social but there are quieter areas too. Overall I would 100% recommend and go back again!
