Everything was great, I would just upgrade the toilet seat

A very nice hostel just a bit further away from the busy streets of Hiriketiya. The room is very clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit dirty in my opinion. It is also not very social, but a perfect place to work as well.

Very clean hostel with lovely staff. Great location and just a walk to the beach. Not a very social hostel from what I experienced, however this can vary dependent on who is staying. Overall, really good hostel just lacked atmosphere and the social aspect.

Staff were all soo lovely! Food was amazing, working AC. Socialising in the dorms. Owners Dee & Pasi were really kind and made us feel welcome. Thanks again!

we really enjoyed our time at pranaya - the only two downsides were that it was not social at all and we felt that security was lacking (no locks on doors - anyone could walk in from the street - and no where safe to leave our bags after we had checked out) we otherwise enjoyed the location and the room was super clean - staff were lovely too

Nice quiet place

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The place is really clean. They also have a cafe with great food, recommend!

Very good accommodation, where a lot of effort has clearly been put in. I felt very comfortable here and would come back again in a heartbeat!

We spent just under two weeks at the hostel, and it was a great choice. The hostel is located in a new building, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is very clean, and the linens are changed almost daily. I recommend it to anyone looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Super clean, spacious, well thought out hostel! Lots of locker space which helped keep the place organized. Dee and her partner were super helpful with anything we needed and brought such a positive energy to the place. And the food at the restaurant was fantastic (do yourself a favour and try the milkshakes) !

Excellent brand new hostel. Dee went out of her way to make me feel at home. She somehow managed to answer all of my questions, and there were many!! Excellent co-working space, with super fast internet connection. Would stay again.

Surf snd chill

Nice hostel but would really benefit from a lock on the dorm door and curtains for more privacy. Facilities were nice and location was close to the beach!

there was not much water for showering. on the other side the AC is perfect!

Great hostel set in a beautiful location. Sociable but chilled at the same time. They have a cafe serving excellent all day brunch and the best sri lankan thali in the evenings. The staff and the owners made me feel very welcome

Very nice hostel and great location. The town is fabulous and I fell in love with it. The shower didn’t work when I was there and it would be even better with curtains on the beds for privacy, but the AC was great and the staff too !
