We stayed two days in Olbia before taking our flight, and Edoardo’s guesthouse was just perfect. The place is simple, very accommodating, with no difficulties at all, featuring a beautiful inner patio full of plants and even a lovely little black cat that made it feel even more welcoming. Amazing b&b, super clean and very friendly/helpful staff. The location is not near the beach by walking but is a short drive if you rent a car.

Overall the place is nice, comfy bed and clean bathroom; however, the owner told us there would be breakfast from 8-9a. It is also a B&B which means that there should be breakfast. We text him at 8a to see where breakfast will be at but he said that there is not breakfast. I did not like being lied to :/

Slept in the B&B for one night and was extremely satisfied! The host is very nice and gladly adapts to the arrival times of his guests. He is very active on Whatsapp and can be reached if plans are changing. The room was small but nice and clean. It is very quiet in the house. It’s a calm atmosphere. The garden is fantastic. All in all, I recommend it very much, especially because of the nice host who has also many Sardinia tips that have also been tried directly and have been great.

Generally this is an okay-b&b, there are quite some downsides (no "italian breakfast", no kitchen/fridge, 30min walk to city center, broken mosquito net on the window) but other than that it is clean & quiet. We had to wait 45min for checkout, even tough it was the usual checkout time (9:30), we even wrote the host the day before because we had to catch our trains. In my opinion it is not worth 50-60euro a night in the off-season.

Only stayed for one night but had a warm welcome by the owner. Our flight was delayed heavily so we arrived at midnight. This was no issue and we kept in contact continuously. Had a nice breakfast in the yard the next day before we left and it was nice to have the owners family around which made us feel at home. I can definitely recommend Ciro's. Room's where clean and the bes was comfy.
