Le chiavi che vi daranno non funzionano. Dovrete sempre suonare per entrare in hostello. Non hanno un asciugacapelli. Ci sono pochi bagni. Il personale è gentile e prova ad aiutarvi.

It was a great experience.

Dirty Hostel, weird atmosphere, weird people at the reception & in the dorms (some of them live there permanently), bathroom are a catastrophe, showers plugged and the entire floor flooded. Also: BEDBUGS. Common area is the dirty kitchen + balcony without sun, uncomfy chairs. Wouldn‘t come here again, better share an airbnb.

He acabado llena de picaduras por todo el cuerpo por chinches. Al ir al médico/farmacia, avisé al alojamiento de la situación y no hicieron nada. Decido cambiarme de alojamiento, también por la falta de limpieza (baños inundados y sin limpiar, en la cocina todo asqueroso), y la recepcionista habla con el propietario delante de mí y acuerdan reembolsarme el dinero (me he gastado casi 100€ en medicamentos y limpieza en seco). A día de hoy no me han pagado y me están ignorando. ¡Qué asc...

prima di tutto non ho potuto alloggiare qui perché mi hanno detto che era in ristrutturazione, quindi mi hanno spostato in via roma 118. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di andare in questo posto. Letti stretti nelle stanze senza prese di corrente o coperte, bagni e cucina sporchi e a malapena utilizzabili.

Allora si fa la sua funzione di ostello ma davvero il minimo. Manca completamente la sicurezza, questa mattina qualcuno é entrato nella mia stanza e ha rubato un telefono e dei soldi. L’ostello non è neanche sporchissimo (io ho standard molto basso) ma era tutto un po’ rotto e ci sono solo due bagni per tipo 20 persone. Menomale che costa poco se no non ci sarebbe motivo di andarci.

Well what can I say, just not a good hostel! Changed after a night over to Double H Hostel which was the same price and soooo much nicer! The hostel is run down, dirty, not equipped and says multiple lies on Hostelworld! There is NO BREAKFAST, I paid 4€ city tax instead of the official 3€ and the check in is not open at 9am but only at 2pm. It seems like the owner doesn’t care about the hostel, but at least the volunteers were cool and location okay.

no plug where u can charge .over booked so they will transfer u to other locations with no plug at all.

The hostel had bed bugs, needed to RUN away from there and book another one

I really had a great stay at this hostel! The location is perfect – close to everything you might need and very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The hostel itself is comfortable (needs a little more of care) but has a relaxed vibe that makes it easy to meet other travelers.

Posizione ottima,struttura decente con qualche lavorazione da migliorare,bagno in primis… Staff gentile e disponibile

Charged €5 more upon arrival rather than what was invoiced by hostel world during both times I stayed here

Les communs (salle de bain, toilette, cuisine, terrasse) étaient TRES sales. La chambre et le lit étaient ok.

the hostel was soooo dirty and literally and neglected. the staff was nice but nothing mroe, but at least we met a cool girl to spend time with

It’s okay. Bad aircondition

In total, everything was okay. I was happy to have a stove to cook! Buuut the Hostel it self is really dilapidated. The Tables made of chipboard, no light in on bathroom, rarly equipt and really everything old and cobbled together like the furnishings and equipment is collected from bulky waste. The suff works voluntary so I am really wondering were all the money goes, when there is no penny left to renovate the place or pay the stuff, so they can take more attention about the cleanliness.....

It seems like money washing of palermitan mafia. Not recommended. The door of the hostel was always open, even after midnight, a fact that made me feel pretty unsafe. The space to leave your things had no lockers, so you either need to buy or expect to be robbed. Only two bathrooms, of mixed gender, for all the people living in the hostel. And smelling like piss bc it was not regurarly cleaned. No air-conditioning in the rooms, even if outside it's a byrning hell of 35+ degrees.

The water pressure is horrible in the shower.

It was nice to be for two weeks in this hostel. Love the atmosphere with the people working in there.
