Great location 2 mins walk from Waikīkī Beach, friendly and efficient staff, lovely (free) coffee available in the mornings :) Everything else is fine, very basic and no frills, but a great place to use to explore O’ahu.
Dead bugs in our kitchen and dirty floor

I usually stay in more social hostels bc I travel solo but I was w family on a spontaneous 2 day trip with a four year old and this place was perfect.
Place was over priced. Unexpected fees for everything. Did not hold luggage and another fee to check in early. Overall not nice facilities. Good location, that’s about it.
I have no complaints, it's been great !
Among the lowest value for money accommodations I’ve had in my life. Unclean. Air conditioner from the 90s loud so you can’t sleep and broken on/off button so can’t turn off. No plugs around the bed where you need them (or anywhere else). Uncomfortable beds and pillows. No holding luggage after check out without advance notice. Do not recommend.
The Waikiki Heritage Hotel is well located in the heart of Waikiki, within walking distance of most of the tourist hotspots. Whilst being an older facility, it is reasonably well maintained, clean and tidy. It represents excellent value for money; I would recommend Waikiki Heritage Hotel and would be looking to stay there again should I have the opportunity to travel to Waikiki in the future.
The rooms are pretty below average. They’re not crazy dirty or anything, they’re just old. They look like old motel rooms. It’s a great location, though, so you sortof get what you’re paying for compared to all the other expensive hotels. I wish they included images in the postings so you can understand what you’re going to be staying in. Also it’s not a hostel, it’s just a hotel, there’s nothing for socialization besides a kiddy pool in the middle with 4 chairs.
Central to city and beach. Hiking close by. Pleasant and relaxed atmosphere
The staff were extremely kind and helpful.
Great accommodation and location. Staff very helpful.
the staff were very weird when i arrived saying there was no wifi available to me and i could not leave my bags at reception, yet i found their free wifi on my phone and discovered a lot of other people were allowed to leave their bags at reception. nice spot but could be more accommodating to foreigners not just Americans.
The rooms are clean, the location is great, and the staff are sincere. Suitable for long stays.
Lage und Zimmer sind top Nur nachts kamen kleine Käfer und eine Steckdose mehr wäre schön gewesen sonst super
Il posto è triste il personale alla reception maleducato e ti chiedono 250$ di cauzione come fossi un criminale! Mi mancavano 10$ li ho dovuti chiedere in prestito.
When I arrived with my teenage daughter, I asked to book 2 more nights, and they told me that there was no problem. When the day arrived, they closed my room with my stuff inside, is true that they called me, but I didn't noticed it. Fortunately, we could stay two more nights. The last day I asked to let me check out at 2 or 3:00 because I had a reservation to Hanauma Bay and they said no.
The only good thing about this place is the location. It is very close to the beach and in Waikiki so there’s nothing wrong with that. Otherwise, the rooms were absolutely insufficient for what we were charged (over 250 American a night). They were not really clean (I’m pretty sure we all became I’ll from the air con which had a filthy rag on it to capture excessive water dripping from it - it was brown and black 🤮) the door had a flimsy little lock and there was no coffee in rooms. It ...
